Helidon Natural Springs Spa Resort Motel

I came through on a camping trip and was able to stay the night w my tent. Later in the year i sold my house and was in between buying so i moved into the park accommodation for two weeks. I had a self contained two bed cabin that was very nice. I also ate at the local cafe on site and enjoyed that as well. it had alot of the normal conveniences expected.

Helidon Resort Motel

The rooms are on the small side & a bit dated but clean. The facilities are there but nothing special. Not sure what qualifies this motel to be called a resort. Location has quick access to motorway but there's not much else close by. We've stayed a couple of overnighters because it is on our way to somewhere. The food is definitely good & well priced though. The nachos are fantastic & we like the room service aspect. Would stay again if it's on our way through but wouldn't have a holiday here.

It's ok...

Although the motel rooms are average, I found the South African owners super friendly and helpfull.... we went with a group of 30 bikers and motorists and had a wonderful stay with traditional lamb on a spit and South African dishes, which had all been arranged with the owners before the weekend. It rained and wasn't a warm weekend, so we didn't use the spa, but we found the atmosphere to be warm and comfortable nevertheless.

Average, but very adequate for a friendly, comfortable, stay over

Very small rooms that are quite dated. the bathroom had a reasonable sized spa, but the shower was very small, a large person would have trouble using it. The property offers a reasonable restaurant and the meals were very nice and not too costly

Dated & Tired

This is not a pleasant  experience keep going to Toowoomba 
Don't say I didn't tell you. 
This place is very isolated and not a safe place to stay for anyone. 
Make shaw you look at this place before you book and pay any money 
It is a real eye opener
