Motel River Bend

Great sized family room.  Even though it is on the highway, we couldn't hear the noise of trucks and cars.  Parking was a little difficult to get in and our as the room next to us had a trailer connected to their car so were sticking out and a car parked opposite, made it tricky for me to get my car out.

Great quite place, very convenient close to shops and places to eat.

Had to stay in the area last minute for work and really appreciated the staff help with organising a late checkin, thank you again!

Nice room, facilities etc toaster and microwave, very clean and the room was fresh and well set out

Lovely position looking down on the Murray River

Staff is very welcoming and perceptive. I had to reschedule my stay on the same day of reservation, staff understood my reason and changed my reservation with ease. The hotel is located right on the princes Hwy which certainly gives a travel advantage. The room was suspicious and well equipped with basic amenities.

Very nice room, good value for your money, own parking spot right outfront, spacious room, clean and accessible, kitchen has everything, complimentary milk, coffee/tea, biscuits, microwave and toaster is a bonus if you bringing your own food, cant hear any noise from adjoining rooms and instant hot water and pressure in shower excellent, comfortable beds and quality linen and plenty of towels, Caroline is lovely, very friendly and helpful, highly recommend.

We only had a one night stay and everything was perfect.

Relaxing Stay

Allowed offroad parking for small removal truck; room was clean, no obvious aging or stains on carpets (unlike the bigger hotels). Cold water in the fridge upon arrival - thank you. After hours manager for when I accidently locked myself out of the room - thank you again. Wonderful hot shower with excellent water pressure.

A Good Nights Sleep

Great room, comfortable bed, fluffy pillows. There were extra pillows and blankets if needed. The continental breakfast for 2 was more than enough to wake up to. Beautiful big comfortable lounge in the room. Wifi was very easy to access. We would recommend this motel 💯. Great stay, thankyou from room 12.

Great weekend!

Clean spacious room, modern and well-appointed. Amazing to have all the necessities: microwave, fridge and dishes for eating on site. Seating outside available too. Great resources in room about the town and surrounds and friendly staff. Walking distance to most places in town: playground, shop, tourist office, pub, Vinnies, Rhino, Murray River. Highly recommend.

Deluxe double room

A nice change from the pretense of ubiquitous Airbnbs; no inflated pricing and payment in advance, no formulaic tizzy decor from a style guide and no pandering to a self proclaimed "Super Host" lest they score you down. Just a clean room, good service and comfortable bed at a fair price. An old fashion, some would say 'mid century modern', experience.

Everything Old Is New Again.

Such a lovely clean spacious unit with every thing you could need for a short stay.A hand towel would have been useful,but only a tiny negative.Very quiet ,considering it is on the highway.Our kitchen bin had not been emptied ,but think this must have been an oversight.We were extremely happy with our stay and would definitely recommend

Was initially allocated a room right at the front looking out onto the busy Princess Hwy with loud trucks barrelling past constantly. Double glazing on that window shows they are aware of the problem. The room also smelled mouldy, despite the window being wide open and a wad of scent sticks wafting out of a bottle.
HOWEVER. Went had a whinge, and the lovely reception person immediately gave me a much better room on the far end. It was it quiet, bright, and with a nice big bench, accessible from both sides, and no smell of mould.

Depends on which room

Booking was simple and reception was very friendly and efficient.   This is a mid range motel, average size room, furnished very simply, well presented and clean.   The queen bed was comfortable, the bathroom is small but good size shower with plenty of hot water.   Minimal kitchenette with crockery and cutlery for breakfast use.   Wi-Fi was ok as was the aircon.   But noisy being on main road and having gravel parking area.   It represents good value for money.
