This hotel is, as others have said, a bit tired and well worn but it was good value for money. Room basic but clean and everything supplied. A fridge, microwave, tea, coffee, iron etc. It is on a quiet road - a rather scruffy residential area but we found it quiet and had a room overlooking the back terrace. Breakfast very good and it is included. Not haute cuisine, eggs hard but a good choice of hot cooked, cereals, toast, every sort of spread and juice. A nice outdoors terrace where we had breakfast. Good cafe/restaurant two mins walk and 10% off if you stay at Mariners. Interesting part of Potts Point - base for the Australian navy. We paid USD243 for two nights in a twin room breakfast included. We stayed in some up market hotels at a greater cost with no breakfast and really I would save my dollars, stay somewhere cheaper like this and spend the rest on the outings.
