We had a great 2 nights at the Benjamin. The motel was clean and comfortable with great beds for the price. Rooms were equipped with everything we needed, including block out blinds. Owners were lovely and the cooked breakfast options were great value and huge.

Beautiful little motel, owners extremely welcoming. Had everything we needed for an overnight stay. Clean, comfy, neat & tidy room. Even a microwave!! Milk in the fridge, aircon turned on so we arrive to nice cool room. Highly recommended

Clean safe bed to rest up on. Friendly, helpful check in and great shower! Rooms are standard clean and renovated. Hotel is on highway but traffic noise is not overwealming. Close to downtown Singleton and easy to find.

Stayed here only one night.
Rooms are big enough with a fridge, coffee/tea facilities and a good air conditioning. 
Bathroom was functional, looked new and was very clean. 
The lady at the reception was very friendly and helpful so we would recommend this motel to anyone. 

Have stayed here a few times now, one night stays regularly passing through for work. 

Don’t be put off by the drab external appearance, inside its clean, modern, and comfortable. Great shower, good enough bed, aircon, fridge, and coffee making. 

On the main road but the rooms run away from the road, so the rooms more towards the rear are very quiet. 

Helpful, friendly manager. Pubs and places to eat a walk away. 

Great value and comfortable for a night if passing through. 

Had a one night stop over here. The room was spotless and spacious. The location was close to everything we needed Based on location I expected a bit of highway noise so there was no surprise. Would definitely stay again. 

Nice clean room, bathroom small but nicely refurbished.  Hot water pressure a little light on. Air conditioner in room, toaster & kettle. A microwave oven would be handy. We were aware no oven when we booked. Would stay again. (Phil)

Pleasantly but simple refurbished rooms in this motel make it a surprise as the exterior is ordinary. 

Owners/managers are pleasant.

Ringing and booking direct attracts a discount and is good for the purchaser, the owner who doesn’t pay hefty commissions to overseas online booking agencies, and Australia as all the money stays here. 

There is considerable truck and traffic noise as it’s on the highway.

Pleasant but traffic noise 

Motel on New England Highway - as driving west through town - a few blocks from main shopping center - entry to motel you need to watch for sign of driveway on right , no big sign but small on signboard - indicate promptly - turning into motel, from through road - watch for traffic behind which will have to wait - exit into New England Highway - for safety suggest turning left and go round the block to continue west - watch for traffic from right (due to a bend in Highway) - parking space inside is tight - single row of units with parking opposite - breakfast served to unit on time - courteous service - first motel found with an electric jug that actually fitted under tap to refill - congtualtions!! Stayed weekend before Christmas - busy
