Silver Waters B&B was fantastic! Such a quiet and relaxing place to celebrate our 10th Wedding anniversary. Our Hosts were so lovely and welcoming. Our room was very clean and comfortable. The bed was super comfy, I haven’t slept so well in ages. The spa in our room was very clean and a great size. Very relaxing!

The details, such as a bottle of champagne and some chocolates to help celebrate was so thoughtful. Wish we’d stayed longer and could’ve taken advantage of the pool and outdoor spa.

Can’t wait to go back there. Would highly recommend it!

Stayed for five nights with another couple at Silver Waters Bed & Breakfast in January 2021.

Our room was spotless with every amenity available.
Breakfast was generous with lots of variety. The B & B was in a lovely quite street within walking distance to shops & restaurants.

Our first experience in a bed and breakfast was absolutely beautiful. Geraldine was such a welcoming and knowledgeable host - made us feel at home. The daily breakfast of cereal, fresh fruit, ham and cheese and pastries was delightful. Individual room breakfasts were labelled and individually cling wrapped to comply with Covid restrictions. The rooms are beautifully presented and towels are changed daily. We stayed in the Sunset suite which was absolutely gorgeous. We were surprised with a cheese platter on one of our nights which was a lovely touch. We will definitely be back and have been raving about our stay with all our friends and family.

What a beautiful place to stay. Everything you could possibly need for a luxury escape. Quiet area of Cowes but not far from the beach and main street. The breakfast room was delightful. So many choices of coffee, tea and hot chocolate available at all times. Breakfast was superb. Very friendly and caring hosts. Even provided us with champagne and a cheese platter for our wedding anniversary. Will be recommending this BnB to friends.

If you are looking for a clean, welcoming, comfortable place to stay, then this is it.    From the minute we arrived, our hosts Geraldine & Gerard couldn’t do enough to make us feel at home. 
The breakfasts of cereals, fresh fruit, and ham and cheese or smoked salmon or eggs with juice and coffee or tea were wonderful. 
The room had complimentary water, chocolate and port or sherry. 
It’s only a short walk to the beach or into town for lots of different eateries. 
This is our new holiday spot.

From the moment we were greeted with a warm welcome with umbrellas by Geraldine, to our last moment, we loved Silver Waters B&B. The spa suite was amazing and the accommodation is so clean even the fussiest of people would be impressed. We were offered wine and cheese on arrival and the shared dining room is exquisite. The breakfast was fresh and healthy with little touches like boiled eggs and avocados, The view is lovely and the fresh air intoxicating. You will not meet friendlier hosts than Geraldine and Gerard - you will not be disappointed. Garry and Marlene

Being our first trip to Phillip Island we booked a 5 night stay at Silver Waters B&B - and it was delightful!  A home away from home! From friendly, respectful hosts who couldn't do enough for you to an amazing choice of teas, coffees, bickies on offer all day and a gorgeous daily continental breakfast with fresh pastries, bread, juices, yoghurt, ham, cheese, fruit, avocado, tomatoes and boiled eggs.  Wow - what don't you get??!! Our room, the Sunrise Suite, was spacious, beautifully furnished and the private en-suite with spa was enormous. The room also contained a bar fridge complete with bottled water. Another lovely inclusion were complimentary chocolates and port. A large flat screen TV and Foxtel were also included - brilliant! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it!!

We were on our Ducati for WSBK and when we rode up the driveway - here was this lovely house and we were staying for 4 nights in the Spa Suite (lovely after a long ride)... ! Up high 32 steps approx.
Our room was huge as was the bathroom. 
Some Port and sherry along with chocolates were waiting for us - very nice
Breakfast which was included was a continental breakfast - but..... cheese, ham, smoked salmon, fresh fruits, yoghurt every type of tea, coffee cereals, croissants and bread was available for our consumption - what a great way to start the day!

Just a little suggestion it would be nice to have tea and coffee making facilities as although the breakast room was close by we didn’t like having to get dressed and possibly bumping into other guests.

Generous sized bedrooms with very comfortable bed, tv, Foxtel, mini bar with port and chocolates, en-suite bathroom and lovely breakfast included. Staff were welcoming but sill allowed us privacy. Amazing pool and spa area with beautiful landscaped gardens. A 5 min walk to the beach and 10mins to the main esplanade - would stay here again 😊

After just having spent 3 wonderful days here I must thank our hosts Len & Irene - so absolutely wonderful - nothing was to much trouble for them.

The facility was perfect - so very well presented - the addition of the pool since we were last there lifts this even higher - certainly looking forward to going back in the future
