After 10:00 PM, the main entrance is locked for security. Guests arriving late can simply buzz at the front door for access — someone will be there to assist. Contact information is provided in the booking confirmation.

A credit card guarantee is required at time of booking.

The first night of accommodation will be charged on guests' card by the hotel at 02:00 PM on the day of the arrival, and the remainder will be processed upon check-in. All non-refundable, pre-paid rates will be charged upon booking. The hotel reserves the rights to cancel reservations on declined credit cards.

There is a 1.5% charge when guests pay with a Visa, Mastercard or Bankcard credit card and a 3.5% charge when guests pay with an American Express or Diners Club credit card.

Please note that Leisure Inn Sydney Central requires a credit card pre-authorisation upon check in, regardless of any pre-payment. This credit card must be in the same name as the guest's name on the booking confirmation. The person registering at check-in must be at least 18 years of age. Guests must show a valid photo ID and credit card upon check-in. A copy of this photo ID may be retained by the accommodation provider to minimise the risk of fraudulent credit card usage and for verification purposes with guests' credit card provider.

Bookings made over New Year's Eve are subject to the following policy: All guests must present a valid credit card upon check-in, regardless of pre-payment. A further amount will be held on this credit card as a security bond to cover return of the keys and any other incidentals costs incurred. Any guest arriving without a credit card or a credit card with no funds available will have their reservation cancelled and any payments already made will not be refunded. Please note debit cards and Cash Cards will not be accepted.

Deposit: USD 100.00 on a credit/debit card or USD 500.00 in cash. This deposit will be returned at check-out, provided no damage is found in the room.
