We arrived at hotel where we had booked a 2 bedroom with daughter to be told our hotel.com booking hadn't come through. But at no point did we feel we were going to be in trouble. The manager Sid Gadre was extremely efficient and was very quick to organise something for us as this hotel was booked out he managed to get us into their sister hotel, The Bella across the road. We love this hotel anyway so we were happy. On arrival they unfortunately couldn't get us a double room so the gave us a executive apartment with massive balcony and a room for our daughter on the 18th floor. Also a complimentary bottle of wine and some breakfast vouchers. Got to say hands down the best service from both managers. Thanks guys. Had a wonderful Saturday night. Oh...extra bonus crown was also giving.....so left very happy chappies!
