Great location only very small issue was Wifi bandwidth and Phone data strength

This was the perfect spot for my kids and i. Had a great size boathouse with full amenities,  comfortable bed, pool on premises, small grass space all laundry facilities. It was a nice stay, just out of town but only few minute drive.Staff were friendly upon arrival and was helpful and welcoming.

The admin staff were very helpful and kind..

The cabin was very comfortable and spacious. The caravan park was very quiet.

Clean and friendly. Nice and quiet with parking right at my cabin.

The couch is very old and tired and was very uncomfortable to sit in

We saw a wild koala in the Caravan Park! Kids were so happy.

Easy to deal with, pleasant gardens and local (walk) dining.

My studio cabin was entirely adequate for my brief stay in Port Macquarie.  The caravan park is in a great location and a very short walk from beautiful Flynn's Beach.  My cabin was clean and well-appointed although I found the wi-fi connection quite unreliable and had to rely on my phone's hot spot.  I'd certainly stay here again.

No restaurant on the property but a small friendly pub with excellent meals just 70 paces away (I counted them). There is a small shopping area just around the corner. The cabin was comfortable- good sized kitchen/dining/lounge are. Shower room reasonable size and excellent hot water with great pressure. Will definitely stay there again

check in was painless and easy. kids loved the place. its not a 5 star hotel but the cabin was great grounds were clean, bush feel and oultook, all in "suburbia", tall trees parrots wikd  ush turkeys, sounds of frogs. very close to  town for supplies, beaches, koala hospital. food ac and heating, had a kitchenette with 2 hob stove, we had bread and hams cheeses etc, so no cooking as we ate out for evenings, great eatery and watering hole ( ie pub) next door. not overly noisy at all.cabin was clean,  athroom okay size, hit water good, never experienced running out, 1 person showers, then gets dressed, next person showers, etc, worked out well for our family of 4. we kept to 5-10min showers though, not soakings, and hot was hot! only needed to turn on a little then mix in the cold, perfect!

Simple process, staff were welcoming. Cabin was clean however the 3 bunks weren’t made which was fiddly to do myself with current injuries. I was surprised that only a flat sheet was provided for each bed rather than a fitted one which would’ve been far more helpful. The blankets were just a throw over rather than something warmer considering the nights are colder & there were no extra blankets left as a precaution which was a little disappointing. Overall good value for money&close 10min walk to the beach.

Nice little park. Cabin bunk beds won't win any comfort awards and we had to make the beds ourselves with the supplied sheets.
There is a drain in bathroom floor which has no pipe - you can see the ground below and cold air flows in which i found odd.
Shower head is only shoulder height, good pressure though.
Sign in room indicates you must wash and dry dishes properly or face $50 feet but I wasn't supplied a tea towel, used a bath towel.

Expect Basic

The first thing we noticed on check-in was the bird song.  The property has cabins set between mature trees and sub-tropical plantings in the many garden beds.  We had everything we needed for our overnight stay, including a good licensed restaurant with reasonable prices next door.  We would be happy to stay there again.

Enjoyed the stay and feel of the property. Very nice, clean and staff was very friendly. Will definitely stay again and wish we would’ve had longer to experience the area. Nice accommodation for those looking not to stay in a hotel setting. Great property for families. Close to the koala hospital, which was an added bonus.

We stayed for 9 nights- much older park with older facilities but were clean. Unfortunately had been raining a bit and was a bit boggy but in all fairness it has been raining a lot over the past 3 months and it’s wet anywhere you go. 
I enjoyed being away from town in a smaller park- not being woken by toddlers screaming at 6am and kids doing laps of the park on the bikes and scooters yelling at each other by 6:30am was a bonus! Was nice and quiet and close to some nice cafes along Flynn’s beach and in the middle of the coastal walk which is situated along the beautiful beaches of Port Macquarie. Staff were friendly and approachable- can’t wait to come back!

Great stay!

I stayed 3 nights at Flynn’s Beach Caravan Park in Cabin 14

My cabin was Jayco built cabin that slept 5. It was very budget friendly and ok for myself.

The bedroom and bathrooms were tiny but definitely ok for 1 person.

My only issue was that I went to use the small oven the first night to heat up a meat pie and the oven tray was filthy. The metal grill on the oven tray had not been cleaned by the previous oven user and not checked by the cleaning staff. I did mention it to the office on checkout and they were very apologetic.

The pool area is fairly basic but refreshing after a day out.

I found the area is quiet and with the very pleasant coastal walk into town a great place to reside.

All in all a great stay.


Great location on a budget

Our 3rd visit and as usual the staff are very helpful and friendly and the park is kept in a great clean state and the animals that are visiting the park enjoy interacting with the guests, with lizards, goannas, lots of bird life all dropped by to say hello. The quiet location which is 5 minute walk to Flynns Beach is away from the busy roads and offer a great retreat away from the fast paced town.
