Neat and tidy park! 
Amenities spotless and staff were lovely.
There are a few drive though sites, if you have a big van I would suggest one of those. 

A few sites grass and a few slabs. 

Heaps of permanents and they are super friendly and quiet! 

We enjoyed our stay. A great base to explore the area.

Twin waters caravan park is a lovely friendly comfortable place to stay

My husband and I very much enjoy the many times we've stayed in our caravan at this park (there are cabins too), or you could 'pitch a tent'. 
We always feel safe, and the facilities are always to the highest standard. The pool is lovely, it's dog friendly, there's a fully equipped kitchen, and the staff are fabulous.
This park is uniquely positioned between the ocean 5 minutes one way, and the Estuary a few minutes the other way. 
There are bush trails, kangaroos, and with a little effort Giant sculptures hiding out locally, to hunt down. 
We highly recommend you visit. We've already booked our next stay 👌💕⛱️😎

The property was located close to beaches and water front areas daily drives to Fremantle and Perth was an hour and half away lots of sites to see but overall a good two week holiday

This was our first ever camping trip and we parked at Twin Waters. It has everything. Toilets  showers, kitchen which were very clean.  Dumpsight, water, electricity, WiFi and pool area.  Pets allowed too.  The service was absolutely brilliant. Dealing with the reception was a pleasure. Very well priced at $50 a night for what you get.  Lovely place to park up.   A good start to our journey. 

We have just stayed here for 5 nights with 14 other caravans from our Club.  The staff are fantastic, very pleasant and accomodating.

The ablution block is old but spotlessly clean and the camp kitchen is excellent.

We came here on our maiden voyage to pretty much learn how to use our new camper trailer. The staff and all the residents couldn’t be more friendly and helpful! The ablution block and kitchens were high quality and very clean and the showers were lovely and hot. We will definitely be back, hopefully next time we will have time to be able to see the sights and sounds of the local area!

My husband and I have loved our stay at Twin Waters caravan park. All the staff have been so kind and friendly and the ablution blocks exceptionally clean at all times and a pleasure to use. 
We have enjoyed the site we stayed at, surrounded by heathy thick grass, the well equipped camp kitchen and the quiet friendly ambience of this park. 
The park is well situated with a two minute walk to shops and doctors, a 5 minute drive to the beautiful Estuary or the beach.
Most days we took a walk down the Estuary or enjoyed one of a few fabulous local bush walks that surround the property. One of our bush walks uncovered a super kids playground!
 We also enjoyed this location as it's only a short drive to Bunbury or Mandurah. 
We have already booked our return for next Summer and are looking forward to a daily swim in the well kept pool they have available.  
Huge thumbs up to Twin Waters. 

We stayed here for the first time over Easter and we really enjoyed it.The location is great and not to far from the central of Mandurah. The staff were super friendly, willing to help out at al times. The facilities are nice and clean.

Great little holiday park

Our first camping Trip

Spent 3 nights on a powered site and we were quite satisfied with all the facilities and the cleanliness of the place . There are a lot of long term occupants there but they were all friendly  and also the staff were very helpful and friendly as well . The park is situated a little out of town and was very peaceful.

Nice Stay

We stayed here for 2 nights in a 1 bedroom cabin.
The cabin was very clean and have great views.
The staff are very friendly and helpful,
Our friends were staying at a camping only grounds near by and we don't camp,
So we rang here and the staff were very good at making a booking for us during a very busy time of the year,
The quality of sleep was a little hard as the curtains are not very thick and let in a lot of light,
Also we had to sleep with the bedroom door closed to keep out the light out from the lounge area,
This made the bedroom get stuffy quick.
The aircon worked well to fix this problem but it is a waist of power.
Overall i would stay here again,
