KULA - Apartment Parramatta

Modern and clean, easy from parking to access. Self contained and roomy, I would ignore the other reviews, this is a great place to stay.

Great place for family to stay in parramatta with the train and buses running fairly close with each other perfect place to stay well be booking out next trip here

Was a great property with easy and efficient check in and access, especially when arriving late with four children. We  look forward to returning. Thanks so much

Wonderful place to stay. It has all the basic amenities of a small apartment.Not sure if we came at a bad time but the building had a lot of guests that would make noise in the hallway, especially at night. Would be nice if something could be done to prevent that.But still enjoyed our stay and will definitely look into this apartment next time we visit Sydney.

Great value for 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Fuĺl kitchen, washer and dryer.Generally clean, however, mould on some blinds and dust build up on window sills. Best to have your own transport for this location. Only significant issue was attempting to enter the secure parking on arrival (after an day long drive), the pin provided didn't work. Attempted multiple times before calling the advertised 24hr Kula contact number which went to an automated message advising the call could not be connected. Very stressful!

The apartment was great, spacious and in an excellent condition. The location is great, and although parking was tight, there was a secure overnight parking.The only problem I found was that the carpet and tiles were dirty, they need a deep clean as they were extremely dirty and vacuuming alone is not enough.

Kula Parramatta Review

Nice stay over all. We were on ground level and the noise from people running / walking above our bedroom was so loud we couldn’t sleep at night. My 2 year old was scared and wouldn’t sleep. A nice apartment, quiet street, close to everything. Though very very noisy. We had someone ring our doorbell / intercom at 3am one morning & 11pm another night. Was quite annoyed. Overall lovely little stay.

We were pleasantly upgraded to stay in a two bed, two bath apartment. The property was clean and well maintained and the kitchen appliances helped us eat breakfast and dinner easily. Shopping stores were located near the address and we made frequent trips to the store to buy the bare necessities. We were very happy with our stay. The only downside is that the communication of the access codes for the parking and the building were provided only a few hours before check-in and that made us nervous.

Excellent property in a safe area with good transportation. However before you book in with them check all t&cs for what to use in property. Also aircon is in living room, we felt too hot after day trips to sleep in. Communication with property team takes time for responses. Except above property is well maintained.

Fantastic property location. Very clean and comfortable for our family. Little things were annoying. Ensuite shower flooded the ensuite and we couldn’t use it for our stay. There was no plug for the bath and the iron was dirty and left marks on our clothes. We really enjoyed our stay but fixing these little things would make it even better.

We loved our stay! Apartment was perfectly suited to our needs. Comfy comfy beds and living area. Airconditioning. Dishwasher and washing machine and dryer. Perfect for a family stay. Electronic access was simple to use and convenient. Codes were sent prior to arrival and communication was great. Clean and quiet location. Thank you

The property is clean, safe, good sizable bedrooms, nice kitchen and secure carpark. Beds and linen were fantastic.I did not like the lounge sofas; they are very low and uncomfortable. My unit had no pan for collecting rubbish after cleaning the unit.Overall fantastic, I recommend trying Kula Properties when visiting Sydney.

Fantastic accommodation. A proper home that my kids absolutely loved and wished we could stay for much longer. Close to public transport; a 2 minutes walk to the bus stop and 3 minutes bus ride to Parramatta train station. Within 45 minutes we were at Circular Quay. Also, Westfield shopping centre Parramatta is under 20 minutes walk. We'll definitely stay here again in the future.
