Cheap stay

This type of accommodation is designed to accommodate mine workers overflow. The rooms are small, dated and the shower cubicle and toilet are dirty. The room rates include meals in the on site dry mess/canteen. All meals are buffet style, including soft drinks, desert, salad bar, tea& coffee. Eat and pack your lunch box as much as you like.
The village had a well equipped gym, nice pool and other sporting facilities + free laundromat.
The car park is outside the complex and you will have to schlep your luggage up to 200m for the car to the room. Can be a problem for unfit seniors.

Mine workers accommodation

Good value for the Northwest. The bed was a bit hard but you can put up with that. Clean and comfortable all amenities,  Shower ,Toilet, TV, Air conditioning, Breakfast and dinner meals included at the mess. Excellent food selection. You can be provided with a crib (meal) if you wanted to.  Mobile reception is limited inside the rooms as they are solid metal walls but okay outside.

the pool was lovely .rooms a little small .fans  had red dusty on it.if you stay buy package for $55 dinner breakfast and packed great vaule  for money.th e night we stay was  seafood night.the gardens are lovely.great place to stay for night

Considering how well presented the gardens are I was disappointed with the room. It may be because I was allocated an accessible/disable room that potentially isn't used frequently - but the room was dirty. On entering greeted by rather large spiders, one which takes residence in the cupboard by the door. The corners of the room and skirting boards dirty and have cobwebs. The kettle doesn't fit in the sink, have to fill it up in the shower. No sugar or teaspoons to make with a coffee. I couldn't get the free to air TV to work, I logged into my own stan account. 
Other than that, grateful for the free wifi as I couldn't get telstra reception in the room, and the easy check-in. Probably won't stay again if I have to pay $200 a night. If the cost reflected the quality I'd consider staying for a stop over.

Disappointed

Broome to Perth, great over nighter, had 2 rooms .
1st room...twin large king singles, large disabled en-suite.
2nd room...double bed, small en suite.
Nothing flash but both clean, kettle tea coffee, bar fridge.
Food at cafeteria out back key card access, was a good feed, breakfast at 5.30 and packed lunch for the road...good value.


Half way stop over

If you want to be woken up at 4am then this is the place for you.  The food is typical of a mining camp but if you really want a great burger or pizza head to the BP garage out the front where the truckies eat.  This place knows how to make a burger and a pizza.  The camp is trustworthy if you are travelling and cannot empty your ute of all your gear, the rooms are small but clean unless you are lucky enough to get a double room. TVs have netflix, youtube and the like on them. There is a fully stocked gym, few other outdoor sporty things, swimming pool and BBQ area so good for summer.

Mining camp accommodation open to all

Rooms are in 80s style and colour schemes. It’s basic and purely functional. The meal package is excellent though, and you get to takeaway your own lunches for the road ahead. The pool was nice and clean. We stayed because all we needed was a bed for the night, a buffet dinner and breakfast, a pool and a gym. We got some exercise in the gym before hitting the road again.  

It’s a Mining Camp

I stayed here just for one night, although the original intention was to stay for 2.

The toilet in my bathroom was unacceptably dirty, The rest of the place could've done with a clean also.

It was hard to sleep due to the drunken and racist ramblings of our neighbour throughout the entire night.

I wouldn't stay here again.

Dirty and noisy

The way the place is presented sounds like a well equipped motel. In fact it is a collection of “container-base” units which are not very clean. The bed was ok and there was a pool to cool off.
Just for sleeping basically ...
