Like that you a near water and there’s a pub

We booked in already the 4th time in the last few years and all is every time great. And we are sure that we will come again during the year.

Although old and dated our room was very clean and comfortable. Protected from traffic noise even though on a busy main road.

Clean bed, hot shower, good beer, great entertainment from local bands.

A great little pub. Beautiful beer garden overlooking Moruya River.  Friendly helpful staff and good food. Older style accommodation but clean and comfortable.

We stayed here before 7 weeks ago and loved it so much we booked again.

Good room and location for us when we workIn the area.

Great place to stay , did look a bit dingy from the outside but immaculate inside

Great spot to stay at. The rooms are basic, but clean, good shower, comfortable bed, parking outside the door.We had room 21 which backs onto gardens with the caravan park behind it. We slept soundly and didn’t hear any road noise. It was Saturday night and the hotel and motel were full with a DJ playing in the gardens which are next to the river away from our room. For an overnighter I would definitely stay there again. Walking distance to Moruya itself.

Stopped here on a recent road trip. While the rooms we got were older they were clean and the beds extremely comfortable for the price. Went to the adjoining Hotel for a few cold ones as the sun set, they had music and decent traditional pub food. Nice flat pool table's and straight cue's if that's what you are into as well. It's a nice easy walk across the bridge to the town centre if you want coffee or breakfast in the morning.

Value for money, location next to the river and garden were lovely. Staff were terrific and although I was worried about being close to the music they were absolutely great about finishing on time and I wasn’t disturbed afterwards. Extra bonus was the service station next door late hours and fantastic food options .

I had a small single room & as an elderly guest, I found getting up from the toilet difficult because the wall was so close in front that it was impossible to lean forward. Otherwise, I was very happy. The food in the dining room was very good, the staff were nice and very helpful and everything was spotlessly clean. Excellent value for money and I shall return when next in the area.

Stayed in the caravan park next door.  Initial thoughts were ?? walked inside and they have done an amazing job.  Great refurb.  Fantastic outdoor area.  Husband had the pork cutlet with veges and an apple jus which he said was amazing.  The fish and chips was fresh, delicious.  Great wine list.  Would definitely go back.  The outdoor area was pet friendly and under the marquee also.

Very Surprised

Parking areas in front of rooms dirty with cigarette butts and just generally not swept.  Storage area adjacent to room 13 untidy and looked unkept.The staff's response to my not being able to lock my door from the inside of room 13 was wonderful and I appreciated being moved to another room.The rooms themselves inside clean & comfy BUT TV remote felt sticky and trays for crockery were a little dirty - uncovid.  Thank you to the staff behind the bar for their great service.

Pet friendly beer garden right on the river bank, absolutely stunning location! Great pub style food,& friendly staff, very covid aware, qr check ins, masks in public areas, hand sanitizer available in abundance & cant go past the amazing beer garden on the Clyde river.  Highly recommend for a fab pub feed & stunning location!!!

Stunning river views & fantastic pub style food

Recommended by friends were really enjoyed the setting on the river. The meal was very good pub food but the standout was the service. The young waitress was a delight and could not have been more helpful . When my asked for a hot tea and being advised they didn't serve tea, the lass simply gave us some of her own supply.
Delightful.

Wonderful location for a family meal.

Its lovely location on the waterfront. Shprt walk or drive into the beautiful township.  Lovely eateries.  Close to Mogo Zoo and Batemans Bay.The Hotel had live entertainment on the weekend.  Could hardly her from within the room.  Staff were very friendly and bubbly. Enjoyed our stay and will be back again

After the horrific fires on New Years Eve 2019, we mistakenly thought the Waterfront Hotel was an evacuation site. The proprietors offered us food and water for our two family’s, even when we didn’t have any cash and couldn’t access eftpos. It’s nice to know there are people willing to help in an emergency. Will definitely be back for a feed when Moruya has gotten back on it’s feet. Thank you 😊
