location great to get around the city. Close to food outlets restaurants

Spectacular view! Functional apartment, not brand new but neat condition (could do with some bulbs in the bedside lamps). Good location for transport, hence the train and traffic noise, but that is to be expected. Helpful and pleasant to deal with - thrilled with the upgrade too! Will stay again.

We enjoyed our stay and found the location great with tram links within easy walking distance. The rooms were a good size with all the amenities we needed. Overall an enjoyable stay in Melbourne.

Melbourne stay

The location was brilliant in the CBD of Melbourne. You can catch the Skybus from the airport and it takes you straight to the Southern Cross Railway Station which is just around the corner from the Living Corporate Liberty Tower.  It is also just a very short walking distance to the trams (including the free CBD trams). Also, Woolworths is just around the corner as are a variety of great and inexpensive places to eat.

Water leak in hall needed large industrial fans to dry the carpet which were noisy. The lady said that they were only going to be on for that day but were on and running for the entire time there-3 nights. The room  and everything in the room was clean except for the microwave which was dirty . My wife needed to use the microwave as the kettle didn't work! There were huge stains on the floor from probably water leaks.The pool was dirty.

Not a good impression for overseas visitors .

While Living Corporate went out of their way to ensure our two rooms would be available,when we arrived on our early flight unfortunately the rooms had several issues; aircon was down for all week while there was 30c+ heat, rooms were dirty with dust, mould, dirty plates etc. the kettle in one room wasn’t working. Other potential customers should be aware that the location is noisy; your right next to a main rail station. Also the lobby is smelly which we suspect is because the buildings rubbish is stored not far away.Overall; a useful location to CBD but that’s let down by the cleanliness of the rooms.

Beautiful view, friendly staff and no headaches. The apartment was beyond excellent, two bedrooms and two bathrooms.

Good location in the heart of Melbourne however to room was extremely bare. The listing states 3 beds, there are only 2 and the room has nothing in the way of spare towels, sheets, or pillows - especially for melbournes colder weather. Additionally, the large sliding door that covers the study came off the hinges trapping one of the guests inside the room. I had to call another one of my friends to help me open the door for her as it was far too heavy to lift by herself. The main bedroom door doesn’t close either unless you move the set of drawers away from the wall.
