What a beautiful place. Felt at home right away. The views are so nice from the unit and the balcony. Great kitchen and friendly staff.,

We love this property, the views are amazing and the rooms are lovely. We've stayed here multiple times but 1st time in the apartment, rooms are very spacious with a fully equipped kitchen and spectacular views. Would definitely recommend this place and would definitely go back.

Can’t fault the property. However the guests (father and child) were talking loud enough to wake us up around 9:30 pm. Went to bed early after a long 4-1/2 hours drive. Then a man, not sure if this is the same man started a conversation around 9:55 pm. And this morning the same girl was making too much noise to wake us up at 7:30 am.can’t sleep anymore.

Nicely appointed studio room with all you could need (mini fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee/tea making facilities and supplies). Surprisingly quiet for a big hotel and a peak season stay. Only thing is the lack of proper black out curtains. Only blinds, which were insufficient to keep light out. So if you're a light sleeper and sensitive to this, a eye mask is essential. Handy parking directly behind the apartments. Be aware there are stairs and no lift to upper levels if you have mobility concerns.

Had a lovely 2 night stay at the property, even though there were quite a number of stairs (interesting given my recent hip replacement but I managed). Apartment was fairly clean and very comfortable. There was no view from our room but that didn’t matter to us. There was no milk in the fridge (to accompany the complimentary tea/coffee) but a quick trip to reception fixed that.The pool was nice (not very deep) but could do with more shade options. Pool towels were readily available and a used towel tub was next to the tables, which was nice. Staff at reception were friendly and very accommodating. Parking was easy and access to the property was simple. The nearby Whalers Inn restaurant also had wonderful staff and lots of dining options. Overall, a wonderful stay and we will definitely come again. Location is beautiful and nice to be a bit away from the hustle and bustle of more touristy areas.

The room we booked was not cleaned and upon advising the receptionist she upgraded to the next level. We felt so bkessed and grateful to her as we had travelled for a while to get there and had an early start the next day. Great customer service and problem solving on the spot. She was lovely and kind, respectful and took responsibility. Not alot of people do these days. What a gem.

Appreciation

The apt was v good- looks recently renovated. Bathroom new finish was excellent. The original building is dated n we were located on the second floor had many steps to get to it. But once in there on the balcony looking at the sea n view , all is forgotten. Kitchenette had everything needed to cook a meal.Parking under the building in allocated space. A little squeezy if car next door doesn’t park in their space

The views are equal to the best in the world. Our top floor ocean view apartment was excellent. Being seniors we were concerned about the stairs and packed lightly. But relaxing in the spa took away any aches & pains. On arrival we were greeted with tea & coffee Sachets with fresh milk & biscuits. Loved the spacious layout including kitchenette, beautifully fully decorated with lots of comfy cushions & pops of colour. Relaxing on the balcony drinking in the view was our favourite space. The balcony was sheltered from the wind  with lots of sun. We booked in an extra night and will look forward to our next stay.Debbie & Paul

Loved how accomodating the staff was. She was able to squeeze us in the extra night that myself had mentioned in the last minute and matched the price of the first night. She was absolutely lovely. Amazing view. Beautiful setup and design of the apartment suites. Clean. All the amenities. The best for what we paid. Definitely coming back again.

All good, far enough away from crowd and traffic yet within a short drive to Victor Harbour.
