Older motel on the outside, but new on the inside.

The rooms were very clean and comfortable.  The hotel also had a club attached and had great food.

Though the weather was inclement (rainy and cold)  the Young staff were very warm and friendly and I especially loved the food in the Restaurant (as usual)  I have never had a bad meal there yet  -  first class Family oriented atmosphere  and very friendly to little children and this is to be commended.

Great location right on the river close to park and it was great to be able to the hotel/pub for great meals. Definitely would stay again

Great service, nice room, beautiful town. Wifi did not work in my room, but staff gave me wifi code so I could work on laptop at restaurant. Hopefully wifi will be sorted before my next visit as I would definitely stay again!

Staff were very welcoming and helpful with any requests.Nothing was a trouble to them..Meals were excellent - but too much food for us as we are elderly. Dining room setting is spacious with views of river.Would stay there again;

Our room was great, newly refurbished, really clean, lots of room, great comfy couch and good pillows on the bed. We had a lovely little deck overlooking the bay. A great place to stay in to see Orford.

Modern, clean, comfortable  and quiet, could not fault the room or the view. 👍

Lovely accommodation with friendly staff. In house hotel was very good, enjoyed our meals with a good variety on offer.Adequate parking

Orford Blue Waters is excellent value accommodation. It is a traditional small motel with relatively few rooms of different formats aiming to appeal to several types of budget conscious traveller. Our room had been renovated very recently. It was simply decorated but with everything one needs for a comfortable stay including a sofa,fridge,free standing table and sufficient cutlery to enable breakfast to be taken in your room. It was also very clean. The deck with a table and chairs was an added bonus. There is an attached pub which does very good pub style food but it does get very busy at weekends. Indeed my only criticism would be that whilst there is plenty of Parking locals going to the pub park outside the rooms rather than walk the few extra yards. If you go to bed early the  sound of satisfied customers returning to their cars and conversing outside your bedroom window could disturb you. We sleep later so it was not a problem for us. We would stay there again.

Recently renovated, excellent value motel

Don’t let the outside fool you! The rooms are “like new”. The little kitchenette has a frig and kettle with amenities like coffee etc and cutlery. Even though we were only here for one night we enjoyed our stay. The pizza and beer in the bar was great too! We were too late arriving to take advantage of their restaurant.

The accommodation was as advertised and for the price was good, the room has been recently refurbished, only criticism is the bed was like a rock and parking is an issue especially if the pub is busy cars are parked right outside your window and wake you up when they are leaving this parking should be accommodation parking only. We ate in the restaurant one evening the wait was well over an hour for the food and no changes allowed with meals if it comes with mash & greens and you want chips you have to order chips separately but when it did arrive the food was ok.

Welcomed by very friendly and helpful staff on arrival and our room was decorated with simple yet home like cushions and accessories that made it feel beautiful. The view of the water was great and the Restuarant right next door was not only convenient but very nice meal! Staff were also very quick to respond when a PowerPoint wasn’t working and had it fixed within minutes. Thankyou for the great stay!

Comfortable quiet, spacious unit with clean amenities.  Check-in was poor however with minimal welcome.  Wifi limited with our unit being some distance from reception.  Had a meal at the attached restaurant which was very average with more creativity needed.  Good location for access to Maria Island trip.

Comfortable unit

I randomly picked this place. It was supposed to be just 1 night but I stayed an extra night. Spacious room & bathroom, very clean. The room had comfy bed, TV, kettle, toaster, fridge, crockery and cutlery, ironing board and iron; heating/cooling; and I also was able to park my car outside at no extra cost. I really liked the back porch and the view of the bay; perfect spot to watch the sun rise and have a morning cuppa. I didn't use the restaurant, so I can't comment on that.  I'll stay there again.

Freezing night but no heating it would not work needs filters cleaned

Clean fresh rooms. Pillows were a little hard. But very affordable. Would definitely stay again.
