What a great peaceful, private position next to the Murray.  Cabin was dated and old and needs some maintenance and a good clean.  But what a great spot to camp.  Lots of kitchen stuff.  Microwave.  Could have stayed longer. Lovely man made lakes, huge park with plenty of permanent holiday houses.

Great Cabins with Beutiful View of the murray with all amenties provided. Very clean and modern cabins with close access to town and great fishing spots .
Also great outdoor areas for BBQ and great for big groups .

We were camping for 2 days.
Great family friendly place.
Few bathroom blocks with laundry facilities.
Swimming pool was bit crowded.
 Very friendly staff, however the reception was closed on the second day and had to walk to the kiosk office to check in, hope they should have provided enough information in the first place.
Overall, it’s a great place to stay …. Will come again.

The 3 bedroom elevated unit was set out nicely and the views of two bends of the Murray river the best I’ve seen  , the staff were helpful, and nothing was so much trouble  with answering questions when we had visitors wanting to stay . The park was clean and the BBQ area clean when I used facilities . They turned on some wonderful weather for us :•) . We had a great relaxing stay .

Exceptional service. Prefect for a family trip away. Great facilities for kids. Kids had a ball. Cabin was super clean and staff was amazing. Highlight was the pool. Will definitely be back. Thank you 

The park is clean and tidy
The location is close to Cobram and Tocumwal which is convenient for shopping and dinning
Access to the river is excellent
The powered site was large and had trees surrounding it
We would definitely stay there again (this is our 2nd time there) 


We have stayed 3 times in 6 months. Camping and in a poolside villa. 
Unbelievable customer service. We were upgraded to the villa after a small issue with out booking.
Speaking with on site regulars, it seems the park had a management issue which has been resolved with new management. 
I can not fault this park. We will be back soon

We had a poolside cabin.  It was one of the best appointed cabins I have seen in a caravan park.  It was very clean.  All lined etc provided.  The park is on the river with access for boats.  The owners are very friendly and helpful.  

The beautiful gum tress and that the park backed onto the Murray. We saw a koalas and kangaroos  on site as well.

Great family friendly stay!!!

Great park, that was spoiled by annual campsite holders voicing aggressive points of opinion. These campers spoiled the relaxed atmosphere of the area when their aggressive posturing and attitude were expressed as they wanted to tell us off. 
I thought that was up to management. We liked the location but these annual site holders with an attitude of “owning the site” ruined the last couple of days.

In a two-bedroom Murray View Villa; comfortable and well-equipped. Handy for the river, family- friendly grounds well-maintained, but more street signage to assist with navigation using the map supplied would have been helpful, as would a second key to our villa. There were two of us, and it was a bit of a nuisance having to share the single key. The quick response to a maintenance issue after hours was most appreciated.

Great Park

what a great place to stay. The cabins are comfy and well appointed. The facilities are great the pool is amazing. The views from the Murray view cabins is well worth it. We don't have kids but the jumping pillow and play ground look great. The staff are amazing and helpful. It is central to a lot it the tourist attractions and some good 4x4 tracks. A must if you are travelling to tocumwal.

Great place to stay

We stayed at Time Out after our holiday in a fire effected area was cancelled with a week notice. We had a large group, all with varying requirements (caravans, camper trailer, tent and onsite cabin) so to find a place with only 6 days notice was going to be difficult. Not only did Time Out have vacancy to accommodate all of us, they went out of their way to try to place us near to each other. We needed a 3 bedroom cabin to fit 3 adults and 4 kids and we were not disappointed. It was very new, clean, comfortable and we had views of the Murray. The rest of our party were a 2 minute walk. The pools were spectacular and were well used. Never crowded, given there are 3 pools to accommodate the size of the park. There is also an on-site mini mart for basics (bread, milk, basic groceries) and even a bottle shop.

If I could suggest anything to those thinking of staying is bring a bike for everyone. The site is quite large and we were situated a decent walk from the pools. Kids had bikes which made it easy for them.

Excellent for Families

This is a fabulous holiday park, we stayed at the back of the park up against the levee bank, in a caravan, tent and camper trailer with other family a short distance away in a cabin. The camping area was very spacious, and close to the amenities , very good camp kitchen and river. Amenities older but very clean, with great showers. 
The 3 pools and playground were a bit of a walk for us but next time we will all bring our bikes. The grandkids had bikes and loved riding them around the park. Speed limit for cars is 5km due to the kids riding around. The managers were very friendly and there to help, the staff are all seen working around the park which it’s very tidy. Mainly made up of holiday permanents , the owners have made sure that old establishments which could be eyesores are all covered with a neat roofed structures with blinds making them look neat. Would definitely stay there again, but not in peak season as it would be very crowded and busy. 

Great Holiday Park

We stayed in a powered site off peak season in our camper trailer and had a very relaxing holiday. Facilities were meticulously cleaned with good hot showers, clean camp kitchen and shared barbecues. We had koalas in the gum trees, kangaroos passing through the park and kookaburra around. Loved it! Our dog particularly liked the sandy river beaches and 'helping' my husband fish.

When we first pulled onto the road leading to the place we thought we had been scammed to be honest but once we got there it was beautiful our villa was amazing we had koalas outside our villa and kangaroos there was a small convenience store that was cute staff were so lovely over all I can’t wait to go back we loved our stay the kids had so much fun and loved seeing all the wild life 😁😁😁😁😁😁
