We had a great time! A perfect place for families

Quiet with a lovely country aspect. Kids loved helping to feed the array of animals daily

Booked Queenslander and cottage. Stayed 2 nights, great atmosphere, fresh air and quiet. Lots of animals and different kinds of fruits and veggie gardens. Thank you Gavina for wonderful arrangements. Definitely recommend.

Clean, cosy, fully equipped queenslander. Heater, microwave oven, fridge, washing machine, shampoo and conditioner, soap, towels. Gavina is very friendly and welcoming. Nearest town is 15 km away. Many animals on the farm. Turkey, chicken, alpacas, sheep, goats, Guinea pigs, ducks, dogs, cat, peacock. 

We stayed in a cottage with our 2 dogs. It was a delight to watch our dogs meet the alpacas, goats and sheep. the decor is ecclectic but suitable for a farm stay. Walking along the road was wonderful, reminded me of Holland. the place was very quiet except for animal noises. So relaxing. We will be back!

Sooo relaxing, great view of the farm. Gavina and Les are great hosts. The accomodation is very spacious and has everything you would need.  We are already planning a large group to stay next year.

Just had a family get together with children and grandchildren.  Host Gavina ensures children have a wonderful time with the many animals on the farm with feeding time in the morning and collecting the eggs in the afternoon.  Pool, sauna, playgrounds, everyone is catered for.  .  Booked the Queenslander and  a cottage and all needs were met.  Very relaxing and would highly recommend it for a true

We stayed with friends and thoroughly enjoyed our stay.  Our host was very friendly and helpful.  One morning, during our stay, we helped feed the farm animals which was very enjoyable.  The farm stay is located very close to Kingaroy but the cottage had everything we could have hoped for.  We would certainly stay again.

We had a lovely stay to break up our trip home. The children loved feeding the animals in the morning. Our cottage had a high chair and a port a cot which was a bonus as we have little ones. The tub in the bathroom was a great treat. Lovely setting and great service. Thank you.

Tranquil, peaceful, beautiful farm stay 

Peaceful and quiet

Ah! the Serenity

Comfortable and very relaxing

Absolutely great long weekend. We spent 3 nights here, and really enjoyed the quiet, the beautiful breeze and the chance to relax. The kids loved feeding the animals every morning & afternoon with Gavina. They enjoyed playing with the miniature goats the most. There was so many different animals - ponies, chickens, ducks, turkeys, alpacas, sheep, goats, peacocks, guinea pigs, dogs and cows. The cottage was comfortable and roomy for our family of 5. The township of Kingaroy was only 12min car trip too.  We really loved it and will be back.

Great family long weekend

Recently my husband and I took our 3 year old grandson to visit Lee Farmstay for a couple of nights. This was our second time at the farm and both times stayed in the same very comfortable cottage. It had everything that we needed. It was amazing for our grandson to be hands on with the many animals. The owners made us feel very welcome, even allowing him to sit on the tractor which he still talks about. We will definitely return in the future. 

Wonderful time

There are so many animals in the farm and personally I like the Alpacas. My kids love the goats, dogs, cats, chickens and ducks. There are other animals such as peacocks, horses, ponies, Jesey cow, guinea pigs, quails, young turkeys. Animals are friendly and well taken care. Wild kangaroos and hares can be easily spotted. Animal feedings start at 8am and 4pm daily. We can interact with the animals after the feedings.

Gavina the owner, is nice and friendly. She shows my kids how to feed the animals. We borrowed her bicycles and went for a ride during our causal time. She arranged a house riding session for my family at a very reasonable price.

The cottage we stayed was very clean. Big bath tub and and shower room. Well equipped from living room to kitchen and bedrooms. The farm is just a few metres away from the cottage. We could see herd of cows strolling outside the big field every morning when we woke up. At night we did star glazing outside our cottage. We could see many stars once we off all our lights.

Supermarkets, Mac Donald(24hours) are just 10 mins drive from the farmstay. There were other things we did during our leisure time such as visit to the lavender farm, winery, peanut van, karting and watching a movie at Kingaroy cinema.

I want to thank Gavina for her hospitality during our stay in Lee Farmstay. We enjoyed very much and hope to see you again.

Perfect farmstay

Stayed in the Queenslander with another couple and 4 teenage boys. The King & Queensized bedrooms have ensuites with spa baths (but we were conscious of the drought and being on tank water). Large deck with barbecue, overlooking the fields with cows and babies. Lots of animals for younger kids, sheep, lamas, horses, peacocks, guinea pigs and lots of chickens. The boys enjoyed swimming in the pool and had a technology free weekend (we didn't tell them about the free wifi)! Wineries to visit in local area if you want to leave the farm. The tourist info centre in Kingaroy is very good too!

Great family weekend away with friends

Grwat farm stay. Mrs Lee was very friendly and the kids loved the small animals, dogs, chickens, peacocks, llamas, poneys, goats etc and could feed them all.A rustic feel exactly what you want. Would be great for 3 or 4 families to get always together. 15min drive to kingaroy town centre and a nice pub (coralee hotel), woolies etc Peaceful, serene, clean

Awesome fame stay for a family or more

What a Fantastic place, I took my 14 year old Son there for a weekend Family Getaway, he was up bright and early the 2 morning we were there, interacting with the animal feeding and learning about the property and the surrounding area. 

The cottage was fantastic, perfect for a family of 4, fully self contained, with the most amazing Spa Bath and shower. Beds were nice and comfortable.  

Great play ground area for little and big kids, and plenty of push bikes for all of the family to use whenever we liked.

It was so peacfull and relaxing we didnt want to leave. We will certainly be back again, it's only a 3hr drive from Brisbane so perfect for mini break. I would recommend Lee Farm Stay to anyone.
