47 reviewsLovely staff, didn't meet an unfriendly one ever. Nice clean and good sized room, comfy queen mattress but the single was a bit soggy. Bathroom had a heater for chilly mornings, and the shower bath made it easy with little kids. The pool was heated and awesome, and open until late. The grounds were immaculate and well maintained. The cabins were very cute and the lodge itself had a quaint motel feel from an older time, but in a charming way. No elevator or dumbwaiter up to upper floor so be ready to carry your heavy bags, which is fine. This is one of those places where the staff make or break a place (simply because the place is 50 years old in parts) but the people have made it wonderful. Would definitely stay again.
