Staff are particularly helpful and considerate.

The property was was nice and the staff were amazing

Friendly staff and quite location. I would like to be a couple of bowls and  plates for food

Don’t listen to the negative reviews. If you’re realistic that this is a cheap hotel for a night or 2, it is perfect. 
Yes, it’s old and dated, but clean, a comfy bed, a good hot shower and clean towels. Friendly reception and close enough to town. 
Would stay again if passing through.

Nice tidy and clean room with very little noise

This is the second year we have stayed here and been very happy. The rooms are clean and comfortable, shower is great. Minimal noise. Owners were away and a lovely man and his daughter were looking after things and were absolutely wonderful. Cannot recommend this Motel enough, just lovely and very affordable. Have tried several more expensive motels in the area and this one is the best.

A very clean & tidy motel, lovely friendly owners, and an excellent price to boot. 15 minute walk into town, lovely historic buildings & nice friendly people.
Excellent meals at the Great Central Hotel with a coffee shop/dining on the corner.

Great place to stay

From the outside it looks terrible next to an abandoned petrol station on the edge of town and we almost did not stop. This would have been a mistake as the room was refurbished and large and clean. Very helpful staff, good value, light breakfast. 10 min walk to the town centre. The garden view was more a flat piece of grass but OK. Don't be put off by first impressions and we enjoyed our stay

A pleasant surprise

Had the pleasure of a 1 night stop over at the Anna Bella, check in was easy & pleasant with the proprietor very friendly & helpful offering a continental breakfast which I couldn't accept as I was leaving early, but it's a nice touch. The room itself was large with a king size bed that still left plenty of room for a table & chairs and two chairs by the bed. If there was any let down, it was the bathroom, the tap came on with such force that it cleared the basin and wet me from head to groin, no issue as I was about to take a shower which was the other little problem, I'm 6' and the taps were at a height of someone who was 5' again, not a big deal. I'd stay again.

Cheap & Cheerful

Glen Innes worked out well for an overnight stay when travelling interstate. Looking for a budget Motel landed us at the Anna Bella which right on the highway.

It is a quiet and perfectly funcional motel. Although not a modern five star property it offers everything necessary for an overnight stay. Rooms are clean and tidy and getting toast in the morning included in the very reasonable price makes it an ideal overnight stop especially when you can park at the door to your room (very useful in midwinter).

Very conveniently located, reasonably priced overnight acommodation.

No Nonsense Budget Motel

Staff were helpful and friendly, motel is conveniently located close to everything, including a nice steakhouse only a 3 minute walk away. Shower water pressure is good. There's room on site for large vehicles. Bed was comfortable and room was clean, but overdue for renovations in my opinion. Carpet was worn and lifting in places and fittings and fixtures were outdated.

Comfortable and clean but due for renovations.

After having an unpleasant experience with a Motel in Stanthorpe cancelling at the very last minute due to overbooking, we were pleasantly surprised by the Anna Bella. Clean, comfortable, reasonably priced and the staff were very friendly and couldn't do enough for us. And there was complimentary bread and condiments for breakfast! Bonus.

Clean and comfortable at an affordable price.

Lovely motel.  Needs some extra TLC ( dusty bed heads , no toiletries apart from soap but neat, tidy and comfortable . Heater works extremely well and was needed. Easy access and parking .Toaster, microwave , kettle, iron and board .. all the things that make the stay more comfortable .Plenty of hot water and great pressure though occasionally temp drops when water is being used elsewhere ...Stayed 3 nights, roooms aren’t serviced during this time unless requested .Bed extremely comfortable

Warm and comfortable

The property is somewhat aged but I was surprised at how clean and practical our room was.This was the most impressive aspect of the motel. Whilst I say aged, it's not run down by any means.The room itself was fairly basic and reminded me of a 1970-80s Motel.The bathroom was new, super clean, spacious and the showers are wonderful.The room has a 3 tiered shelf that can be used for storage, but it also contains clean glasses, a jug for boiling water, tea and coffee and coffee cups. Everything was super clean.There's also a long counter for food and coffee prep, with a microwave and a nice sized fridge with a freezer.There's a small table with 2 chairs, a bit larger than a card table. There's a large comfy chair in one corner of the room too.The flat screen tv is nice with some cable like channels, such as the food network and lifestyle. Great reception also.The large double bed- All I can say is wow, so comfortable and the linen was freshly washed, much more than I expected.Whilst it's not a 4-star motel, it's quiet, clean and offers pretty much all one needs for a short stay. For the money, you couldn't ask for more and I'd stay again if in the area.

An Affordable, Clean, Basic Motel

Good value property, great staff. Would happily stay again but hopefully our caravan will be ready next time :)

Staff member very good. I advised him we were arriving late, and he waited.for us and.kept the reception area open.he was very helpful, big plus.
