I stayed at Julian's Apartments with friends over the weekend and can't recommend it enough. We were given a great discount and a FREE bottle of wine due to some contruction happening next door. None happening over the weekend and it was all over by the time we got back from lunch on Friday so we were pretty happy with our discount and wine! We had a fabulous time getting out and about in Byron Bay. Spent time at the beach, eating out and sight seeing. Great Apartments in a great location and at a great price!

Apart from the huge amount of rain which occured while we were there, we had a nice relaxing time at the apartments. Lovely office staff. The room was nice and well appointed, shower was good, bed comfortable and the place was close to the beach. There was a safe  and lock up garages. Bring extra tea and coffee stuff.
The washing maching was difficult to open after the drying cycle was completed and there were no instructions. The only other nuisance of a thing was that when it rained there is no shelter when you go out to get to your car.

What a little gem this place is, we found it to be just perfect for us.

It is located in a nice and easy distance from the beach and shops – both within very easy and comfortable walking distances.

The owners are most welcoming and friendly – thank you for the nice chats when we were in passing.

Our one bedroom apartment was tastefully decorated, clean, well maintained, comfortable bed, great shower, had everything in there that you might need for your stay, lovely balcony to sit on to enjoy and had underground parking.

I would be most happy to return here to stay again.

We spent three blissful days and nights in Apartment 3 for our 11th wedding anniversary. Well appointed kitchen, comfortable bed and gorgeous courtyard;  loved the courtyard. Julian’s is within walking distance of town, but far enough away to avoid the crowds. If you are fit it is possible to walk to the lighthouse from here too. Sign showed 1.9km. There are stairs to the beach nearby as well. We just loved our stay and are already planning our return next year. 

We stayed at Julians for 3 days over the Queens Birthday long weekend.  Apartment 12 was clean and fresh and we had everything we needed supplied for those 3 days.  The outlook of palms and trees made it feel like a tropical paradise and we couldn't hear any road noise which made it even better. Byron Bay township was very busy so we found Julians a nice distance away from the hustle and bustle but close enough if we chose to walk. Being  across from the beach was awesome and even though it's winter the temperature was 24C and we had a swim. Highly recommend Julians for your place to stay.  
   

Amazingly easy experience with the whole booking process through to key pickup and finding my our way around the place. A great location, 10 minute super easy walk from town centre, or 25 minute walk the other way up to the lighthouse. 
The room was amazing, extremely comfortable and with all facilities needed including a convection oven, cooktop and also washer/drier. Fridge, Hair dryer LCD TV and ironing board all supplied. Very quiet area. 
Best to park out on the street if you have a large vehicle and the garage is busy.

These apartments are beautiful - boutique style, comfortable layout and a great location. Beach across the road, easy walk into the centre or a nice walk to the Lighthouse. Hope to return to Bryon Bay on another Australia visit and would stay again. 

Loved staying here! We had apartment 4 which had a beautiful Balinese vibe. The courtyard was amazing... so private. We were so comfortable. Great location- 20 min walk to town and just across the road is Clarke’s beach. Will definitely stay again! 

If you're looking for a really comfortable space that's close to the best surf spots and away from the bustle of downtown, look no further.  10-15 minute walk from Byron center and a 2 minute walk up to the Pass.  Walk-able to the lighthouse and other major sights. The operators are really friendly and helpful.

A little oasis 

The location wasn’t too bad walking into town. The apartment was roomy and well equipped. However the reception staff were very unaccommodating. We had an afternoon flight and asked to leave our luggage at reception for a couple of hours when he took the key out of my hand and said no sorry there won’t be anyone at reception all day. Which is hard to believe when you have people checking in in the afternoon.
