I was forced to cancel a booking with the Darwin Deluxe Apartments due to Covid 19. I had already paid for the complete amount of our stay in advance. I contacted the owners and explained the situation, they were very sympathetic and returned the entire amount the next day. I am doubly impressed because I am still chasing the refund of a deposit on another booking ( which I am entitled to) and being given the total run around. Thank you very much Darwin Deluxe. I realise that you, and so many tourism operators, are doing it very tough at the moment. My family, and I, have stayed with you previously and we will be back as soon as the situation returns to normal Good luck, and thank you
