Dot and her Home is just great for a stay in Yapoon! She is so nice and friendly you will really feel like beeing home with her! I van highly reccomend this place! Everything was set up clean and perfect. Havin breakfast with Dot at her beautiful terrace was just awsome. Youl´ll get to know more about Australia than in any Hotel at all!

We spent two days at Dot's place and we had a wonderful time. We were very lucky as we were the only guest at that time.
The place is very nice and well located in a charming neighbourhood.
Dot is a great host who always take very good care of her guests: she is very kind and welcoming. She also gave us good advices on the places of interest around Yeppoon.
The breakfasts on the terrace were fantastic.
We strongly recommend her place of you ever come to Yeppoon.

Dot is a fantastic host. Breakfast is included in the price and Dot even supplies freshly squeezed orange juice. There is plenty of room to spread out. The rooms and facilities are clean. Good value for money paid.

I cannot recommend this place highly enough. Dot welcomed us and went out of her way to make our stay comfortable. The room was clean and well appointed we had a superb vsea view and the use of the ground floor of the house. A choice of breakfast from a menu which was delicious.

I couldn't miss this one during our trip south from Cooktown to Brisbane because my wife's name is Dorothy and she absolutely hates it when people call her Dot !
We had the upstairs room which is very spacious and has a luxury en-suite, although I'm not a big fan of the open plan toilet concept. The breakfast was excellent, and Dot and her dogs were really friendly hosts.
