The rooms and furnitures are clean, kitchen is large and you can enjoy eating and talking with your friends. The area of smoking and non-smoking is separated. Owner and staff are kind and friendly. They tell about work and activities around Coffs Harbour. The rent is a little bit expensive but you can borrow surfboard, bodyboard, kayak, and fishing tools and so on. 設備もきれいでキッチンは広々しているため食事や友達と話しながら楽しく生活できます。オーナー・スタッフ共に親切で周辺のアクティビティや仕事のことなども相談にのってくださいます。家賃はやや高めと感じましたが、その分サーフボードなど色々レンタルできるため、海で遊ぶ際に利用されるのがおすすめです。
