Had the best sleep ever I don't no what is but I get the best night's sleep there

Upgraded and comfortable, brekky box a bonus in room. Comfortable overnighter.

Was a beautiful place. Everything was perfect.

In overall a clean , tidy and newish hotel room. Friendly staff and helpfull. The Only disappointment was no microwave present.

I really enjoyed the 5 nights I stayed. The hotel was very accommodating and the locals are so lovely. I highly recommend the Mont.

For the price the room was adequate we had booked the larger room with e beds but they made a mistake for the first night and had to stay in the single queen room 1 night pretty small.  They did comp us that night which was nice of them and then stayed in bigger room which was nice and spacious and happy we got it....we did rebook this hotel for the end of our trip as well.  No cooking facilities in the room has a small fridge and they provided a breakfast box with milk cereal and juice for the morning which was a nice perk.  We did find a free barbeque at a nearby park (1 minute drive) and cooked up some burgers .  It seems these barbeques are quite common around Tasmania.

Property was clean and and comfortable. Cleaning staff friendly and did a great job. The staff are fine, but not overly friendly. The pub was quite, but very busy at meal times. We had a couple of issues with food and did mention the issues at the time but we were pretty much ignored. This was the disappointing part of our stay, especially when we are there for lunch and dinner over 7 nights. Most food was good though. I felt they could of handled it better and more professionally.Apart from that issue we enjoyed our time. We were stuck in Tasmania longer than expected due to Cyclone Alfred and not being able to fly home and they accommodated our longer stay.

The Mont is a fantastic place to visit for a meal, drink, play and/ or stay with so many benefits. There is free parking, dining options, a bottle shop (if you drink), public bars, dine in bistro, gaming area and a very friendly atmosphere for kids too. The staff are always so so extra nice, welcoming, friendly and kind and the food is top notch. The best part is the newly renovated rooms are so clean.

Always a great time when I stay here. The cleaners Kat, Cheryle and Cathy are amazing along with the ladies and guys who run the bars, bistro, gaming, kitchen, bottle shop and accommodation. I’m very thankful for them letting me check in earlier than 2pm sometimes as I stay here so much and sometimes my schedule is a little bit early, it’s always my first choice for accommodation

Great trip. I always stay here by choice as the prices are amazing, (especially if you’re using an app and if you’re a member!), the staff are always top of their game across all areas of hospitality and tourism (kitchen/ dining/ restaurant, gaming, bistro, bar, accommodation and bottle shop). It’s quiet, safe, the rooms are always clean as (thanks ladies Kat, Cheryle and Cathy) and check in is always so smooth. I’m thankful for the early check ins too and do not take that for granted. The cleaners go out of their way to have your room ready for you. Highly recommend 🙏

I always come here when I am off work. Katrina the cleaner is an amazing person and I am so grateful to her. She is like a support pillar too, displaying integrity, emotional maturity, empathy, compassion, accountability, dignity, kindness and respect.I have to especially make a shout out to Sharon, Casey and Diraj too for being so awesome with my accomodation needs.Thanks again guys. I feel safe here.

I am so grateful to the Mont for everything they do to accomodate my needs when I am off work. They are so awesome in giving me upgrades to a bigger room and the cleaners, Katrina and Cathy are absolute legends! Katrina especially is a very very caring, kind, thoughtful and empathic earth angel soul and is just an amazingly wonderful human being in every sense of the word. Thank you Kat. My Grand daughter and I enjoyed our stay very much the hotel room had everything that I look for in Hotel accommodation. Our meals in the dining room were as always excellent. Only problem was our room was next to the main enterance and exit door and other guests coming and going the door bangs very loudly, and it echoes luckily it had stopped by midnight. Will stay again just book one of the front rooms pay extra.

Great accommodation for the price

Only one detail was negative: The restaurant closes at 8 pm. When we wanted to have dinner after a long day-trip through the island, at around 8:15 pm, we were denied. It is okay when a normal restaurant does this. But a hotel restaurant, who's bar is open until midnight and who has a casino area as well should be prepared late dinners as well.

Good location, quite and clean

Close to a lot of attractions .
The rooms are very clean with super comfortable beds and pillows and soft linen not scratchy like some motel linens are .
Food in the restaurant was delicious,excellent service served by very friendly staff . 
The whole place has a wonderful atmosphere.
Well done to everyone involved in the smooth running of your establishment.
