The location is perfect. Opposite Corrigans Beach reserve and family park.Strolling distance to take aways, cafes, shops and Birdland animal park. Only minutes from Batemans Bay. Renee, Huon and Hollie treated us and the other residents like family. Most of us had homes lost or damaged in the bushfires and we appreciated the welcoming community we found at Kon Tiki. We needed emergency accommodation but found a temporary home.

I have never written a review on Trip Advisor, but just had to for Kon Tiki!  We lucked upon Audrey, Miss Molly and Kon Tiki on our way back from Melbourne to Stanthorpe along the coast road....We were greeted with a freshly cut yellow rose and scones!  We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment and were continually amazed to keep finding all the little inclusions that make this place worth more than 5 stars!  The little kitchen was stocked with everything down to chocolates in the fridge and Glad Wrap, and alfoil in the bottom drawer.  The BBQ area even had cooking oil and utensils!  Everything was spotlessly clean.  I would urge anyone to call in and stay... keep up the good work,  Audrey, you are a star!

We agree with all the other revues, three of us stayed for two nights, we all loved the place, it's reasonably priced & Audrey is a gem 
We travelled from the central coast Batemans is as far we want to go in one day and from now on any of our trips down south will include a overnight stop at Kon Tiki

What a lovely place the Kon Tiki Motel is.
Audrey and Molly gave us a very warm welcome. Audrey had even made scones for us which was a lovely way to unwind after a long drive. 
The room was super clean and everything you need is here in the kitchen. Across the road is the beach and 2 minute walk away to fish and chips, bakery and few shops. We 
Will return. Thanks Audrey for making our stay so enjoyable. 

Kon Tiki is a very comfortable holiday apartment opposite Corrigan's beach, and five minutes walk from the Batehaven Shops.  The apartments are comfortably furnished, impeccably clean, and Audrey and Miss Molly are very  hospitable and always helpful. 
We hope to return next year.

what a welcome awaited us here the owner had even baked us scones 
the apartment was big and welcoming nothing was too much trouble she even let us use her washing machine as we had been traveling a few days the only down side is that we only stayed one night she gave us the big upstairs apartment with a terrific view of the seafront and park
