Have arrived today and really impressed with accomodation. Unassuming from the outside, but inside nice and fresh, clean and spacious. Located just a vlose walk to the gorgeous Bellerive dining precinct.
Owners super helpful and rang to make sure everything was ok. 
Kitchen greatly fitted out to be able to balance eating in and dining out. 
Difference between 4 and 5 star would be attention to detail - phone call to make sure all satisfactory PLUS ice in the ice tray on arrival - something so many places miss the mark on.

This is the second time I've stayed at these apartments. They are such great value and fantastic if you're travelling in a group. They are clean and basic in line with the price, which makes them extremely good value. It's great having cooking facilities and a washing machine. This time around we opted for a 2 bedroom over a family room and it was worth the extra cost for extra space. Only thing is the second bedroom being a bit squashy but it was workable with only 2 adults in there. Any more and it may be impossible but children would be fine. Apartments are located within walking distance of Salamanca Fresh, a grocery store with everything you need. This is a great base to explore Hobart from and is nice and close to the airport. David and Alison, the owners, are lovely to deal with. Would definitely stay again.

Really great layout inside, good kitchen, bathroom and location, walk to the cricket or footy, clubs , pubs and restaurants. The owner actually came and introduced himself. Very happy . Will be back for another stay

This is a very good low cost apartment that is on the doorstep to Bellerive Village. Bellerive is a great beachside location, only 5 minutes from Hobart CBD. 
The apartment slept 5 people comfortably, clean and tidy, has free laundry facilities which are very handy if you travel with kids, free parking at the door, shops across the road, restaurants & beach 2 minute walk and friendly owners who are very accommodating. 
The apartment was good value and we would return. 
Improvements could be some fly screens on the bedroom windows, but otherwise a nice little place to stay.

We stayed here for our yearly trip away.  It was close to everything, without being right in everything. Being in Bellerive, it's just down the road from Bellerive (now Blundstone) Oval, has Eastland Shopping Centre about 1-2 kms away and Bellerive Village just down the road also.  Getting into Hobart CBD is as easy as going over the bridge and is very easy to walk everywhere if wanted.  The apartment we stayed in was the 2 bedroom apartment and had everything that we needed for a 10 day stay.  Rooms were spacious and clean, as well as the living room and kitchen.  Also had free wifi, a washing machine and undercover parking just outside the door.  Will definitely stay here again.
