I have to write this review because Mark was next level on customer service! Without thinking he helped me with my case upstairs, I also wanted to stay in my room past check out as my bus wasn’t leaving til 6pm and I really needed the rest - he put me on a lower rate which was very kind of him. The hostel is very close to the bus stop but again without thinking, Mark offered to drive me to the bus stop as I have a heavy case. No other hostel have done any of these things so it really stood out. In addition to all this - the showers, kitchen and room were really clean. The Netflix room was really relaxing and there were only 3 of us in a 6 bed room. I think this was to spread people out and allow for as many people to get a bottom bunk as possible and have space - so they actually care about your comfort. Would happily stay again.
