Very nice hotel Apartment. Super clean, only one year old building and very comfy beds.Only downside is that it is a bit far from beach, shops and restaurants, so a car is needed to get around.

I arrived late in the evening from the Gold Coast to Cairns, feeling tired after a long travel day. But the warm welcome I received made all the difference. The male staff member not only contacted me in advance but also opened the gate and greeted me with such kindness and professionalism — better than most 5-star hotel receptions I’ve experienced.The room was spotless — so clean and well-maintained that I almost felt it was too good to enjoy alone. The cleanliness was truly top-tier, everything felt fresh and thoughtfully prepared. The kitchen was in near-new condition, perfectly organised, and stocked with care.The next morning, the female staff member kindly helped me book a tour, which turned out to be a fantastic experience. I was also offered a welcome coffee, which was a lovely personal touch that added to the comfort of my stay.Although the location is a bit far from central Cairns, it turned out to be a perfect base for visiting Trinity Beach, Palm Cove, and even the crocodile farm — far better positioned for those trips than staying in the city centre.

Looking for a place to stay and have a car, this is a very comfortable and quiet new holiday escape on the edge of nature. It is a couple of km from the beach and shopping/restaurants. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Kitchenette, washer and dryer in the room.

Very new so in great condition. Will be much better when their kitchen/restaurant is up and running :)

A 3-Star Hotel That Feels Like a 5-Star Experience

We booked for two nights.   Unfortunately on the first night there ended up being a significant problem at the property that was not Trinity’s fault but which nevertheless severely affected us.   Trinity owner personally intervened to resolve the issue, which is what one would expect from a quality establishment.   It’s a genuinely nice and very modern place in a quiet location.   We’d go back.

Issues get resolved

Immaculate property, shame we only stayed 2 nights arrived late and out all following day to enjoy an outer reef tour from Port Douglas about an hour drive away. Everything brand new. Totally recommend for longer stay, very luxurious feel. Very spacious, washing & drying facilities, pool. Cafe on site during day - restaurants about half hour walk, dark roads as first phase of a new development. Receptionist lovely, suggested we could buy homemade microwavable frozen  meals made by chef. Choice of 3 and they were delicious. Highly recommeded

We liked this new complex so much, we made a return visit. Staff went out of the way to ensure everything went well again as we had more time to enjoy the outside areas. The outdoor sitting areas are spacey & very well furnished. Special thanks to Maryanne & Kirsten for the favours they did for us. Kirsten was super accommodating & friendly. Good luck for the next development stage.

Trinity Collegiate is new & sparkling and Maryanne and her staff went out of their way to ensure our stay was ideal. Our apartment was light, airy and spacious and the modern facilities and equipment made self catering and entertainment a breeze. The pool & surrounds were super clean and the reception area will be super when fully open..

Everything is clean and in good condition. Loved the big sliding doors and that there was a ceiling fan and a reverse cycle unit. I prefer not to use air-con, and it was easy to get fresh air. Plenty of parking. It's good that the shower head allows removal in case you just want to wash just your feet. I would stay there again.

Clean, quiet and like new

It’s new and very clean quiet and a mob  wallabies outside my window on the second floor! Last room! I feel very at ease because I am a bit of a germs phobic so it suit me very well. I extended my stay and don’t want to leave😍. Rainy weather while I was there! It’s good to come in winter for it’s a mild weather. Summer must be unbearable for me and for some people alike. CBD is similar to Brisbane and Gold Coast feel!

This is a very new property.  The unit I stayed in for a week was really well thought out and very comfortable and livable.  I love the location.  You'd need a car.  There is a pool which I didn't have time to use, but which looked great.  Reception is very friendly and expansive.  I'd recommend a stay.

Me and my boyfriend travels a lot and is currently on a long term trip around the world. This is by far one of the absolute best hotels we stayed at in Australia and also under this whole trip so far. It is extremely clean, beautiful and well equipped apartments for a very good price. The hotel opened only a few weeks ago and is still working so good and the owner helps with everything you need. The internet also works very good, which many other hotels in the area have problems with. So if you need good WiFi on your trip this is a really good choice. The apartments also has good laundry machine and dryer inside your unit, which we really appreciated. Beside that it is beautiful and clean I really love the style of the hotel and how they manage it. For someone who have traveled a lot it takes a lot to impress me, but this hotel really do impress me. Especially since it only been up and running for a few weeks but still manage to have everything working so good without any major problems. If you book here on hotels.com you should only pay notice to that if you book one of the smaller apartments the description is not totally accurate since it seems to be the same kitchen description on every apartment here and the smallest one does not have an kitchen island or oven. But if you look at the pictures you see that so when I booked I called and asked and got that confirmed so for me that was NOT a problem at all. I can’t recommend this hotel enough, enjoy a beautiful stay here!
