Our furnished apartment is modern, very clean and well equipped. We get the weekly clean so there is nothing to do. We feel very safe as the entry is strictly key card on both lobby doors. It is so nice to come home to this apartment.

Stayed 29-1/6/15 we booked 2 x 2 bedroom apartments and loved it.  I was a bit doubtful on checking in as one of the girls on reception seemed grumpy we had interrupted her lunch of hot chips (should have removed them from counter).  Lucky things turned around and they became super friendly.
Our rooms had the Wow factor with a lot of nice little touches (beautiful bed linen, robes, good toiletries, fresh fruit, coffee maker, large milk) to make it homely.
We had a dining table for 6 but only a couch for 3 due to limited space.  We used the bbq area on the 19th floor to have dinner with all our goodies from the Central Market across the road and enjoyed Beautiful views of Adelaide by night.
Love this apartment building. It has a minimum stay of 3 nights and onsite easy parking.

Beautiful Rowlands

Perfect for long stay

I lived here for a year. Construction is going through the whole year in front of the apartments during the ealry morning and afternoon, and night time has also full of noisy with club music sounds. If you want a place where can relax, definitely not here. This apartments have the highest rent in Adelaide, but honestly no worth with it. There is a reception but they usually not on site, so I had to go post office to pick my parcel couple of times. Sometimes dosen’t answer your emails as well. Pay a lot, but you better not expect enough qauality.

Not recommendable

Very rude staff, not recommended for the long time living.  I stayed here for almost one year and had a very bad experience. Also, the rent is too high. But obviously, it's not worth that much. They always trying to squeeze money out of your purse. The other hotel or apartment in the city is much better than this one.  This apartment is far worse than you see in the pictures. You have no privacy when you living here. Because they can just unlock your door and enter your room whenever they want by using their special room cards they have. They don't care about your experience, the only thing they care about is your money.
