It would give this hotel - 10 stars should not be enabled if we had no water throughout the stay there would be days when we did not have water or to wash our teeth, the manager and her ill-educated employees treated the guests badly with zero cordiality they did not know what it was to serve, served breakfast and dinner with contempt, the pile was the rotting water looked like a fish, giving the street zero privacy. No recommended should be closed, the shower sucks the bathroom window with the windows rotating no emiten bill.

Terrifying and horrifying.

No way, there was no water to bathe in the whole stay, the staff treated badly (except the cook who is the only rescueable), the pool is a pond that gives way to the avenue, the commission of a rude lunatic, the worst of villa Gesell.

A nightmare is coming.

The first shower needed cleaning as the water was pouring out of the shower room everywhere, so everything was wet and as there was no cloth and a dryer to clean, I asked the receptionist if they could pass a cloth: they never showed up. They never touched the remote controls of the air and the TV. I told the receptionist that the TV was watching rain, but they never fixed it. The dinner was fine. For the price they charged they should have a parking lot and not charge the one in front.

The price-quality relationship is zero.

The disappearance of two garments inside the room and I was catalogued as a false denunciation and accusation of the mucasas, embarrassment of their attention and poor disposition.

Take care of your belongings.

Terrible attention. The breakfast was miserable. The pool looked like a swamp. We didn't have water in the bathroom and when we had it it it looked like oil.I don't recommend it at all.The check one at any time..completely disorganized.

The water was cutting the canilla lost its breakfast room without the availability of tables the air regulated in 24 they managed the temperature!!!! Noisy a bar in the ordinary street.....the best location the rest no vayan.

Disaster is disaster.

The attention was poor, the room was very small, noisy and impossible to sleep, the bathroom was not tinted or grated. The baby's cot was dangerous and fragile. check-in at 4:00 p.m. was almost overnight!!! The attention was poor, without kindness and little interest in the client.

We were with my wife and son, I start with what I should highlight, and it is the attention received by the cooks and some days by the reception, location and... the rich dinner. My boyfriend and I went to this hotel in February 2018 (Puse Marzo because I no longer had the option of February) and we actually found a super quiet and familiar atmosphere (Ideal if you're looking for tranquility).We paid the full board fee, the very good food, we gave you a list when you arrive of the food you're going to have every day for both lunch and dinner (it's okay if you don't like something you can ask for it to be changed for something else).The only thing that isn't included is the drink, but it wasn't expensive.The location is very good because it's super close to the beach, we were early on the beach and every day we had a lunch break, we had a shower, and we stayed in the bathroom because we stayed in the comfortable room.

Familiar and very pleasant.

This hotel, located close to the beach and the main avenue of Villa Gesell, has a good care, very friendly staff, a good breakfast, good cleanliness and a family atmosphere, a small outdoor pool and an indoor pool.
