It's my second time at Cívico Art Hotel. Rooms are clean and spacious with kitchen amenities. Kind staff. Very reasonable price. Breakfast is... just regular. Close to Centro Cívico and Tatro del Bicentenario. This is not a 4 stars hotel but much better than many fake 4 stars places. Personally the best hotel in San Juan city.
