98 reviewsTheir rooms are good value for money, the building is well maintained, the pool looked nice too (we didn't use it), the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful! They even offered to call bus companies for us so we knew what time the bus leaves. I spoke Spanish with them. I'm not sure if they can provide the same level of service in English. The breakfast was very basic (toast, marmalade, one croissant, juice and coffee/tea) as others have said. The only real downside was that there were lots of mosquitoes. They have nets covering the windows, but since this area is very humid there just are a lot of mosquitoes in general. It's hard too keep them all out of the room. So you want to pack some insect repellent (generally when you travel to this region). We stayed here two nights doing some trips around the area. We booked though books.com which worked well. The missions of San Ignacio are a short walk away, the bus is also a walkable distance from the hotel. Overall we were happy with this hotel and were pleased with the very friendly helpful staff!!
