After a stuff around due to booking.com we had initially booked 3 nights in an apartment but the first night we stayed in Wilson Hotel (which is 100m away) - that was also a comfortable stay with very helpful staff & breakfast ok..Due to the stuff up we were offered a bonus 2 more breakfasts at the hotel as we had to transfer to the apartment hotel the 2nd night..it is a bit of a noisy street but probably hard to escape that in a lot of sth American city centres..Apartment was large & comfortable - cable t.v in each room (small t.v's but fine)- Adequate cooking facilities, utensils, pots etc in the kitchen. Clean apartment with plenty of storage & comfortable beds. 2 bathrooms both clean & good showers. Would definitely rec. especially if you are to stay for a week or so/families etc. Easy walk in to the main square attractions of Salta. Request a higher up apartment if available & at the rear of the building.
