We just completed our stay at the hotel. We had two rooms for four nights. The hospitality that we received was absolutely amazing. My husband and I have been Hyatt globalist’s for the past 20 years and your hotel and the service we received is in our top 5 hotels worldwide. We so appreciated the upgrades we received, the support from the concierge, and everyone’s willingness to answer our questions and go the extra mile for us. The hotel’s commitment to customer service is amazing and will be forever thankful for the opportunity to stay at this. property. The concierge helped us with transportation for all of our lunches and dinners and tastings. Our driver, Martin, throughout the trip was amazing. First, he was always on time and always knew exactly where to take us, always getting us there on time and staying through our long tastings and lunches. He gave us background on all of the places we were visiting and answered all of our questions from ice cream recommendations to geography to music in Argentina. His English was excellent and he was always extremely professional. I would rate him 5+ stars on a five star scale.
