I got really pleased with my two-day stay at Mar del Plata. Vip's Hotel is located in the heart of the city, close to Plaza Colón, where you can enjoy restaurants, shops, bars, etc. It is not a brand new hotel, but it is clean and the price is excellent for the location, for the size of the en-suite rooms, etc. Breakfast is served in a spacious room on the top of the building, where you have a magnificent view of the beach, especially early in the morning when an astonishing sun can be admired emerging from the water. Simply great!
