Excellent location. Close to everything. Very comfortable apartment with everything necessary. Very good attention from Alejandro, attentive to all our consultations. Location near the bus terminal, supermarkets, restaurants and pizzeria. Place to return.

 Super comfortable location.

Every six months I go to Iguazu. I always went to hotels. The last two times I stayed here. Very good attention. Centric and complete. The owners are 10. Very good people, hardworking and 100% recommended.

The best economical option.

We stayed there for a week from December 13 to 18, 2015.They are central apartments, very well located, next to one of the casinos (there are three in total).Very clean, where everything works correctly, fridge, air conditioning, etc. Very good price ratio.This is a walk-through of all businesses, taxi facing, restaurant, pharmacy, supermarket etc. and a three-block microstation where collectives for the Cataratas, Ciudad del Este, Fox de Iguazu etc. The owner is very friendly and attentive,

The treatment was the best, we were brought closer to the bus station because the transfer we didn't want to come for.The apartment is clean but it's something basic, the air conditioning worked well.The kitchen is cheap.The normal price.Wifi worked well although not inside our room, it only worked on our arrival, I insist the staff is the best we've seen on our trip to Argentina.

 Well equipped

We had a wonderful stay in these apartments, very well located, in excellent condition and very comfortable. Well centralised and very close to the omnibus terminal.

Excellent and very good location.

Everything about the apartment was just perfect. Everything works great -kitchen, fridge, AC. Kitchenware and bedding provided. The place is totally clean. And the location is perfect -taxi rank across the street, travel agency next door, central bus station and grocery store within 3 blocks, the main restaurant row starts a half block away. I was a little worried about noise from the casino next door, but it turned out that it was never a problem at all. 

The place we had could sleep 6, but would've been a great value even for 2, especially compared to hotels in town. And to make the deal even sweeter, Alejandro lets you pay cash when you get there, which in Argentina right now means that you get a 40% discount.

Live like a local

The one-bedroom apartment provides a clean and spacious environment for relaxing after a day at the falls.
Everything is functional and well maintained.  The aircon in the bedroom is strong enough to bring the whole apartment to a comfortable atmosphere, at the same time it is quiet.  The blinds are heavy and block out any outside lights.  The location is right in the center of town, close to many restaurants, supermarket and ice-cream shops.   I consider it a great value.  To top it all, Alejandro, the owner, is very friendly and helpful.
