The staff are very nice, friendly and helpful. Our room was pretty big and bed comfortable. There was soap in the bathroom (not always the case in South America) and shower cabin was large. Wardrobe, desk, TV, air conditioning in the room. Pretty good location, with only 10 minutes walk to Independencia metro line and few restaurants and shops around. Room was smelling cigarettes when we came in (probably from old times when smoking was allowed). There were no sockets next to the bed, which made charging phones difficult. We couldn't turn on personal lights, located above the bed. Wi-fi was of terrible quality, constantly turning on and off. Our window view was of internal to the building area were pigoens were "hanging out", making it quite noisy at times.
