I was there the last week in March 2021 for the day. Firstly, the reservation person gave us the wrong meet up place so the boat left without me and my 3 kids (the didn't wait for even 15 minutes or called us). We had to wait for over an hour for a new boat to come. 
Secondly, my daughter is allergic to nuts and as much as the hotel staff guaranteed to me that there was no nuts in the food, there were nuts in the food and my daughter ended up in the hospital.
To make matters worse when I reached out to request a refund the administration denied the request. I was always met with a lot of attitude from the staff from the reservation time, the time of the stay and throughout the complaint. There are plenty of beautiful places in the Delta, this one is not worth it.

Horrible experience. Don't come anywhere near this place.
They could be a 5* for the price and the infrastructure. Rooms have the quality (sheets, curtains, tv, etc) of a 3* and the service and the food is a 2* 
You need to.ask 100 times for the same things. Food is so bad. Service is horrible, rude and unresponsive.

We visited this hotel in Delta del Tigre on a weekend. The trip in and out through the delta is phenomenal. Lush surrounding dotted with houses ranging from impressive to dilapidated but mostly cute little weekend places. 

The hotel is in lovely grounds filled with birds and animals. We stayed in a canal-side bungalow which I recommend. Tranquil and well appointed. 

The spa side of the hotel is excellent two pools, gym, saunas and great treatments. The staff is friendly and competent. 

Sadly, we stayed on full board ( there is no place to go to eat outside the hotel ) and the food wasn’t good. It really took away from what should have been a great experience.

Do go but pack a lunch!

Lovely place, poor food

Simply amazing. Top class facility with lots of things do for family or couples for relaxation and enjoyment. And so close to the city ! We arrived at 9 AM to board the "lancha" boat that would take us to the Hotel and facilities located at one of the Delta islands. Navigation was quick, 40 minutes, with great views from the river.  Scenery is just unbelievable. Vegetation, trees, and birds are impressive. If you like bird watching don't miss it. At the facility our family did kayaking, mini golf, ping pong, massage sessions, and relaxed by the nice pool and jacuzzi outdoor area. Hotel has an indoor pool fenced by glass walls which we did not use since it was sunny and warm outside. It may be an option for rainy days. Restaurant food was excellent and our waitress was top-notch making sure we tried their great dishes, each prepared for the day. They have a professional chef on site which can be noticed from the quality and variety of food. Organization was perfect from the time we arrived at the boat dock No 17 where we had to complete pre-boarding paperwork including credit card info for incidentals. They had a bilingual receptionist at the property who was very helpful. Departure was around 6PM. Package included a decent leaflet that explained location of the hotel and amenities. Be aware that place is not well known by locals. We arrived here through self exploration as we were told that a visit to Tigre area and Delta islands is a must when visting Buenos Aires. The boat boarding dock was only a few minutes walk from the railroad station Tigre . We recommend arriving by train Mitre line since parking area at Estacion Fluvial Tigre is limited. Family vacation near Buenos Aires

I stayed 2 nights with my best friend for a special treat, and it was worth it. I was amazed by the cleanliness of the entire place, considering this is in the middle of nature. The overall environment is magnificent, and all the staff was very friendly. The massages were the cherry on the cake! I highly recommend the place and I will definitely go back

I was at Delta Eco Spa for an afternoon and my only regret was not staying overnight.
This place is perfect for travelers coming from afar. Close enough to Buenos Aires to get away for a mini recharge, yet secluded enough to breathe really pure air and feel like you're away from civilization!
The staff will serve you like royalty.
The food is good and comes in copious amounts. (I actually "made" them pack a bottle of their chimichurri to take with me, it was so good!)
The spa facilities and the environment work very well together. You will be in the right state of mind as soon as you step off the boat.... Maybe even before then.
When in Buenos Aires take one overnight stay to Delta Eco Spa after your long flight, or before taking the journey home!

Only for those who need to unwind and unplug!!!

Last year on December I went with my family, my mother and my brother to this "Spa" looking for some relaxing moment. We had booked in a bungalow outside the mail part of the Hotel, so we had to cross a wooden path to get to one place to another. At one point we were walking and suddenly one of the timbers got broken and the leg of my brother got stuck in there with a lot of luck that he did not break his leg and in some minutes we could take his leg out of that wood. When we told to the people of the front desk about the accident they just said "sorry" and nothing else, we did not receive any special attention to repair the bad moment that we had. And  my brother started to feel pain because the hit. After we complain they said that they were going to consider some discount of the total bill because all the disgusting situation. Finally, when we got the bill in the credit card they had charged it to us everything. So I complained by mail to the manager and he said that they were not going to do anything, neither an attention and that the accident it was not so big. My brother had his leg stuck in there for minutes and then he felt pain! The relaxing weekend was a stressfull one.
