Rebeca, the owner of the hostel, is so kind and generous! 
Although she doesn’t know English, she tries to help and answer every question, at any time in the day. She gives you the freedom to do everything like it is your own home.

Great location.
The rooms and the toilets are very clean, there is hot water in the shower, and the kitchen is equipped and open all the time.
The breakfast is not so varied, but it is still tasty.

You can hardly call this place a B&B. It is a hostel. It is absurd that they would advertise as a B&B. The breakfast consisted of some yogurt and juice. The staff was also very unfriendly. If you are looking for a hostel that is cheap, then this may be your place. Otherwise, I would recommend you do not stay here. I booked a second hotel in the area because the conditions were so awful.

Do not stay here

I've been in this b&b for a few days, in a double room with a shared bathroom. It's a very quiet place located in a pretty central location. The bathrooms are spacious and very clean, with baths, shampoo, etc. (I stress this because I happened to find bathrooms where there wasn't even a soap). The people who run it are very kind and attentive to every need of the guests.

Handled with passion

Very friendly and helpful staff (speaking English). We stayed there for 2 nights. We were offered a small welcome plate when we arrived with ginger lemonade (a delight!) and small toasts. Very clean room like the bathroom downstairs. Only 2 rooms share the bathroom downstairs, practical! Breakfast is very nice with homemade cake (it felt good in the B&B in the afternoon!!).

Hostel of excellent quality and high quality of staff service stands out. Recommended at 100%, for being a very cozy, comfortable and warm place. Very rich breakfast and location with panoramic views.

When I made the reservation in Aonikenk, I doubted that it was a good Hostel, considering the quality and low price for an international tourist destination, although when I started contacting their people I realized that I was definitely staying in a good place.

Excellent place to stay.

We had a good time staying at this B&B. The staff contacted us few days before arrival to check our arrival time to ensure that there will be someone around to check us in when we arrive. 

Check in was efficient, we were given welcome drinks (homemade lemonade with ginger) and some snacks. The staff also gave some good tips of things to do around El Calafate. 

This place is not far from the main road, so we could hear some traffic noise. It wasn't too bad though. 

Good place to stay

Excellent location. Central, receptionist best of attention, comfortable and cozy. Few rooms. Full breakfast with rich cakes. We were rented a few bikes and traveled a circuit that they recommended us. Good price. According to the services.

This is so beautiful!

Hot accommodation with a snack and a lemonade. The hotel is well located, rather close to the bus station. The wifi seemed to be working properly. We were disappointed with the meals offered by the hostel (180 dollars a pizza above average.) The rooms downstairs are extremely noisy, we could hear all the noises from the upper floor, if you have the option choose the rooms on the first floor. Spacious shared bathroom, clean, hot water without problem.

Okay, what's up?

We had a lovely time at Aonikenk. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was nice, but as other reviewers have mentioned, did not have any salty options. Lovely location, very close to everything. Some rooms upstairs have lovely views as well. Shared bathrooms can sometimes lead to a wait. Rooms were small, but very functional. A big bonus for us was that they had lines in the back to dry our washed clothes in the sun. The Wi-Fi was wimpy, and kept disconnecting, but as they say there, you are almost at one end of the earth!
