Know Before You Go

• Reservations are required for massage services and spa treatments. Reservations can be made by contacting the hotel prior to arrival, using the contact information on the booking confirmation.
• A fee for a mandatory Christmas Eve gala dinner is included in the total price displayed for stays on 24 December.
• A fee for a mandatory New Year's Eve gala dinner is included in the total price displayed for stays on 31 December.
• Only registered guests are allowed in the guestrooms.
• The property has connecting/adjoining rooms, which are subject to availability and can be requested by contacting the property using the number on the booking confirmation.

Fees

The following fees and deposits are charged by the property at time of service, check-in, or check-out.

• Fee for full breakfast: USD 20 for adults and USD 20 for children (approximately)

Mandatory Fees and Taxes

You'll be asked to pay the following charges at the property:

• The 21% national VAT (value-added tax) is not included in the price, and will be charged at the property upon check-out for all citizens of Argentina. Foreigners on a tourist visa are exempt from this tax. To qualify for a tax exemption, tourists must present a valid passport and pay for the services rendered with a non-Argentine credit card or via bank transfer from another country. This tax exemption does not apply for stays over 90 days. In the case of cancelled bookings, the cancellation penalties paid by the traveler will also be subject to the national VAT (21%).

The charges below are included in your overall room price:

• Christmas Eve gala dinner fee

We have included all charges provided to us by the property. However, charges can vary, for example, based on length of stay or the room you book.

Renovations and Closures
The property will be renovating from 27 May 2019 to 31 May 2019 (completion date subject to change). The following areas are affected:

• Sauna
• Spa tub
• Swimming pool

During renovations, the hotel will make every effort to minimize noise and disturbance.

From June 2, 2025, to June 8, 2025, inclusive, the swimming pool, dry sauna, and jacuzzi will be closed for maintenance. During this period, massage services will be offered as usual.
