I went to this hotel taking advantage of the Previaje. My department loved it: a living room with a full kitchen and cable TV, the bedroom with a large closet, a place to put the suitcase and a bathroom with a bathroom next door. Beautiful. The view of a waterfall was an unexpected plus. It is in the residential area of Caviahue so it is quiet, about ten blocks from downtown. Good service, cleanliness and rich breakfast served in the room. If I go on an excursion before breakfast time, I get the same and will serve. I don't use the heater because it's WiFi hot. Much of the commentary is, it's the most floating part of the hotel.

Magnificent and magnificent.

Beautiful accommodation. Excellent care from all the staff. Clean everything ok. Excellent heating, with various percheros to hang clothes. Complete kitchen utensils. Very good breakfast; medialunas, pan y yogurt with cereal.

The apartment is very nice, comfortable and clean, but they offer internet service that doesn't go directly. They tell you to use the living room that doesn't go either. The truth would make it more qualified but they offer a service and it doesn't work. At the reception they tell you that all Caviahue has bad internet, but we've been to other places and it went excellent. The title is real because we measure how much we browse, nowadays that speed of browsing is zero. While they gave us a discount for the no wifi service, the idea is to go and be able to enjoy everything, more if they offer it as a local service. One more detail, one of the nights we asked at the reception was the number of a parking lot that we used to call someone who was calling us, because we could communicate that there was no change in the number, and if the customer service was not available in other places, it would be very nice.

It's our second stop in this Apartment. We frankly remembered the spaciousness of its apartments, its excellent heating, hot water and equipment. We chose it without hesitation. Now, after this last week, we have some suggestions that should be taken into consideration. In principle, improve or maintain vehicle access to avoid complications, especially from the snow accumulated and later from the mud and its wells. Second and super important, they should improve internet service! Unfortunately, this plays us very opposite to our stay there. Today, internet access is an essential service that should work well. Broadband service in Melewe is fortunately reaching 100kbps, so most of our services and devices are disconnected. This situation is a disaster, which we listened to and paid attention to in the price of the car.

They have to improve the Internet, it really doesn't work.

The place is very nice, very neat, clean, very good heating and location is 1 km from the ski center).The breakfast is plentiful and served in the room.The beds are very comfortable.It is worth noting the attention of his staff (Enzo) who helped us unselfishly with the vehicle that got stuck in the snow.He helped us in the short distance and we were not close to the hotel.Excellent your attention.Always attentive to the needs of the guest.We would return!!!!

 Excellent apart!

We stayed in January 2019 for three nights with my wife.The apartments are very comfortable, very well equipped... quiet at rest time, and very good care.The breakfast served in the room is basic but complete.The rooms on the first floor have a good view of the mountains.No doubt when we go to Caviahue we will return.

Peace, nature and good care.

Very good apart, every year it is impeccable. Very good maintenance. Everything works perfectly, heating, hot water, etc....the access is convenient and is one of the closest to the ski center, of the locations in the village, the staff is attentive. The apartments are well equipped.

Skiing week

An incredible place, attention, excellent service.A spectacular breakfast, the only thing my department (I'm playing the Dpto for special people) was almost always cleaning about two o'clock in the afternoon and sometimes we didn't want to go skiing and went back to lunch.The wifi being next to the front desk was great and the connection to them was great.I also had several wifi.
