Hotel away from the central part of Caviahue. Spacious and comfortable, with details. The new, clean and spacious room. Warm in summer. Lacking elements in the bathroom such as towels. Simple but abundant breakfast: infusions, juice, cereals, toast, candy and butter. Personal very friendly. Good price.

Acceptable and economical.

I divide my opinion into two parts. Firstly, very good attention but not personal attention. Secondly, I arrive with a contingent of 23 super-poorly educated people, being at 2 in the morning I had to hear them quiet, being at 3 in the morning, screaming, singing and drunken. Parents worse than children. We could never rest. Running in the morning, noon, afternoon and night. There is a sign at the door that says respect for anyone who walks and doesn't run and doesn't scream, is at the rear of the sign. So if they go to a hostel, first we check if there is a contingent. No, there is a TV that they owe the bill. But the sum of the morning they don't come to a hostel.

It's simple but good.

I stayed in an upper room, it was basic, simple, wide, with window, plasma but no direct TV. (You're charged for this service) I don't agree that you have to pay for the TV. According to the cleanliness. They only offer breakfast that was very poor, one morning they gave us a media bill each. The breakfast maker has a nice view but in the windows there are broken glass. The lack of maintenance and decoration. I highlight the kindness of Lili, (in charge) and Miriam, but lack of staff. I highlight the heating of the place.

The potential teenager but the lack of heart.

I enjoyed this hotel very much, the treatment of the employees was excellent, very cordial, the food was rich and good, we had breakfast and dinner, the dinner had entrance with various salads, first dish and dessert. the breakfast was very complete. It is a very new and modern hotel, clean, with scented towels, soap, shampoo and cream rinse. The only place where wifi was only in the reception and there was no elevator or TV. the comfortable bed, with a very warm plum mattress. heating in the reception and bathroom. additions to the reception and dining room. At the reception there is a cafe for a very nice afternoon. the prices of the drinks are economical. I loved this hotel for free.

Very good hotel.

We (2 couples) arrived in the arvo and have to wait half an hour for the person in charge to come from another hotel she was also in charge of and access the booking to see if they have a room for us (we had a reservation) once she confirmed that we had a booking she told us “your booking is for the rooms with out tv, (standard room) I asked how many guests they have coz it looked empty and she said that we were the only guests booked for the next 2 days, I asked her why doesn’t she just give us the best rooms in the house so the “client will be happy”, because you booked the normal room she said.
The hotel is in a nice location but is surrounded with rubbish from the time the build it, the beds were not comfortable, there is no parking and the staff does know how to smile 

Just don’t stay here 

The location is good, but I was surprised by the little service offered by the hotel, despite the very good disposition of the manager (Liliana)....No one goes up or down the suitcases in the room (1° floor), no phone in the rooms, many rooms do not have TV. The lobby is spacious but the lack of natural ventilation, there are large windows that cannot be opened, so at daytime hours, like at breakfast, it is almost suffocating. It would be good to have armchairs, or restrooms to locate the hotel, if one wants to relax.

It's very simple.

Very nice hotel, very spacious and quiet, the attention is very good, the cleanliness of the room is also good, the only thing to note is the quality of the mattress (in my case it was very finite and old) and the smell of some towels and towels, the breakfast served is good, anyway, I recommend it.

Good hotel, very good location.

A very new hotel, with beautiful construction, large rooms, not including cable TV, which can be viewed separately ($120 per day).Excellent access, very good attention from its owner and staff, should greatly improve the breakfast service that is not accorded to the hotel.
