Reservations are required for massage services. Reservations can be made by contacting the hotel prior to arrival, using the contact information on the booking confirmation.

Only registered guests are allowed in the guestrooms.

Guests must contact the property in advance for check-in instructions; front desk staff will greet guests on arrival

To make arrangements for check-in please contact the property at least 72 hours before arrival using the information on the booking confirmation.

The property has connecting/adjoining rooms, which are subject to availability and can be requested by contacting the property using the number on the booking confirmation.

**Fees**

The following fees and deposits are charged by the property at time of service, check-in, or check-out.

The 21% national VAT (value-added tax) is not included in the price, and may be charged at the property upon check-out for all residents of Argentina. Travelers on a tourist visa are exempt from this tax. To qualify for a tax exemption, tourists must present a valid passport and pay for the services rendered with a non-Argentine credit card or via bank transfer from another country. This tax exemption does not apply for stays over 90 days. In the case of cancelled bookings, the cancellation penalties paid by the traveler will also be subject to the national VAT (21%).

Children under 12 years of age are exempt of city tax.

Fee for buffet breakfast: ARS 280.00 per person (approximately).

Self parking fee: ARS 300.00 per night.

Pet fee: ARS 800.00 per pet, per stay.

Access to the hotel spa is ARS 450.00 per person at a time.
