Because of my work, I was hospitalized here again, the maintenance of the rooms is zero, since I have already visited three separate rooms three times and the lack of maintenance is obvious, without looking for details.

Absolute lack of maintenance, noticeable is the insatiability and unwillingness of the owners not to invest money in improving the establishment. Unpainted walls in the room. Excess furniture on the ground floor makes no sense at all. Everything Rare. Good care of staff despite everything.

A simple hotel, conveniently located in the heart of Nuñez, a few blocks from the Cabildo Avenue.The attention of the staff was very good.As points of improvement, the air conditioning had shutters and it would be desirable if they offered a wedding night package.The room was comfortable.

It's expensive for what it is. A lack of absolute maintenance. A single employee who is a porter, janitor, administrative, cobra, takes care of the phone, and on top serves breakfast and cleans the tables, breakfast without salad options, fiambres, eggs revolved, etc. An artificial orange juice, unpainted room and moisture mushrooms in corners.

No recommended.

There are certain things that, for the price they charge per night, shouldn't happen, or should be specified. Not having an elevator these days should at least be advised. They didn't provide me with a hand towel/face. The shower had no place to put minimal soap. The pad smelled of moisture. And during breakfast there was no milk, presumably because the delivery did not happen, but it is something that should be resolved immediately. I positively appreciate the attention of the staff. But it is the only thing.

The worst price-quality ratio.

A small hotel, like going to bed, spending the night in Buenos Aires, and going fast, you notice the lack of maintenance especially in the bathroom. Breakfast more than basic, poor would say. Foreign receptionist who besides not understanding what was being said, did not know where a supermarket was in the neighborhood. But well, surprises that one does not repeat the experience. High price in relation to what the place is and the services it provides.

The hotel is located in Nuñez, an area of the Capital Federal (city of Buenos Aires) away from the center to be visited by tourists, it is close to the River stadium, it is a hotel to choose if you have the car or if you have decided to take a taxi and is for this reason the title of my review: Yes and NO. The place is quiet, the hotel is discreet, breakfast is scarce, has WIFI in all rooms (free) and the staff is very kind and attentive, there is no garage, but outside there is always a place to park and it is a safe area, also full of many restaurants.
