Pro: I really enjoyed the staff of the hostel and the location. The Brazilian crew were very helpful and took the hostel guests out. Very spacious house with many facilities. Very central, located in Palermo Soho. Cons: The 3 beds bedroom had no windows and during the night would get very warm.

Spacious hostel! Center of Palermo Soho

This hostel is in a very nice location, about 5 minutes from Plaza Italia SUBTE station and is itself very beautiful: I guess it must have been a former theater or dance studio. The architecture is very interesting.

Aside from that, the rooms are nicely equipped but very warm, especially in the summer despite the fans. I was in a 3-bed room, which while being more peaceful than the bigger rooms, had no windows, which doesn't aid must for refreshing the place. The kitchen works well and has a nice ambiance. 

I became increasingly weary of one of the staff members working there; when asking about a ride back to EZE airport, he only suggested a relatively expensive service ( I have something like 500+ ARS in mind), and only when I mentioned hearing about a bus service (from another staff member earlier that day) which could take me to EZE for less did he recall that being an option, but couldn't help me book it. I also bought football match tickets from this same person; while they were very good seats, after asking the people around me and looking online afterwards, the markup was significant (and the tickets came in a few hours before the game, which is quite worrying when you've paid in advance...).

Good location, average everything else

Loved my stay here, beds were extremely comfortable and because of the 3 bunks being mounted to the wall the didn't move when people got in and out. Staff were friendly and it's in a perfect location. Only big thing for me was room was too hot at night and the fans did not help unless i had it blowing directly on me

Comfy Beds!

Do not stay here!! I got over 60 bug bites when I was sleeping!! I asked for a refund on the following 2 nights since I was moving but manager refused, terrible customer service. Wifi is almost unusable.

Bug Bites!!

Stayed for just over a week and wished we could've stayed longer. The hostel was clean, all of the staff were wonderful, the rooms were spacious. The communal areas were also a huge plus (big lounge and separate pool table room) - nice to have a coupe of beers and chill out! Really loved it, couldn't beat the location or the vibe!
