Terrible experience. The manager of this property is extremely rude and unprofessional. She will be nice to you UNTIL you pay her (up front and cash only). If you have any issues at all forget it. You better pack up your stuff ASAP and leave because the money is not worth the aggravation (this accommodation is not cheap). On the second day of our six day stay the water heater broke. I went to shower and the water was ice cold. We contacted Laura (the property manager) and told her was what was going on. She said someone would come up and take a look at. We waited for over an hour and no one came. We were hungry and ready to go eat but had to wait to find out the status of this issue. The cleaning lady came and looked at it and of course wasn’t able to fix it. Tells us to contact Laura again that she will be the one to handle it. So we leave to enjoy our evening and tell Laura that we have no hot water at all. She did not reply for another 24 hours. The next morning the cleaning lady offered us another unit so we could shower and get ready. It was 2 floors down and, while we appreciated the effort, it was a big inconvenience for us. But we were trying to be patient and understanding and were hoping that the issue would be fixed soon. Well it wasn’t. Our hot water wasn’t fixed until the 4th day of our stay, and only because we had to beg and fight for them to even care. A lot or arguing and back and frothiness in the middle of (what was supposed to be) a fun and relaxing day for us. Laura acted like she was doing us a favor by fixing it and she was never understanding or proactive towards fixing the issue. This whole situation was extremely stressful for us really put a damper on our entire experience. No at all what you want to deal with while on vacation. Besides this whole debacle with the lack of hot water and her attitude, we found them place to be dirty and very poorly kept. It is also extremely noisy at night, as you can hear the club’s nearby extremely loud music until late at night/early morning. All and all, if you’re in BA do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else.

Terrible experience.

I rented this flat for a week for 5 people and everyone was very happy with the comfort and location of the flat.
Please note that this is a flat, not an apart hotel, therefore there is no reception, there is a nice small pool on the top floor.
The price was very good and with 3 queen beds, you cannot beat the price, also the location is great, nearby you can find many restaurants and bar in Palermo Hollywood, maybe a bit far away for other attractions in Buenos Aires, but the neighbourhood is nice and quiet!
I will definitely recommend this apartment for longer stays and for families or bigger groups.
They should provide with some tourist information, maps, etc.
Overall a great stay.

Great flat for long stay/ nice location

This is not a hotel or an apart-hotel, but basically a flat to be rent. An interesting and modern architecture project, with plenty of room por 4-6 people, but without privacy, since there are no walls separating the spaces. 
There is no standard room service or reception. A maid will change the linnen after a week. The person responsible for the place is very kind and one can ring his bell, since he lives there. 
There is a small but nice swimming pool on the top of the building, great for kids. But the wood of the deck and also of the floor of the balcony is in bad shape, need to be replaced. 
The air-conditioning did not work properly, but the days were fortunately not so hot. The kitchen is nice and provides most of objects and appliances that are necessary. The neighborhood is very good, with lots of bars, restaurants and interesting places for the night. 

A nice place, deserves maintenance

My husband and I just got back from our trip to Buenos Aires where we stayed in this apartment. The descriptions of the apartment are not accurate. The pool is empty and not working. The water heater is difficult to operate. The apartment is a loft but it is very sparse and run down. the window treatments were run down and some not working at all. There is a large building being constructed across the street and it is very LOUD. We were awakened every morning to the sound of construction. Also the construction sight is the only view from the balconies. The apartment was not very clean when we arrived and the sheets did not appear to be cleaned. We found hairs on the sheets before we used them. The bathroom was not very clean and it was missing some tiles and was dirty. The apartment is safe and it is inexpensive, but not what we expected. The building is in a good location in Palermo but it is very run down.
