Staff were helpful arranging for us to stay an extra night without having to change rooms. We stayed for 6 nights. Our room on the 5th floor was above average in size with a double bed. Plenty of sockets for gadgets. Room had a fridge but no TV or tea/coffee making facilities No aircon which meant we had to have the window open and there was quite a bit of outside noise sometimes late at night (dogs barking, motorbikes) Private bathroom with tub / shower combo was fine. Room serviced daily with clean towels every couple of days or if you asked for them earlier. Breakfast was the usual fayre (juice, cereals, bread, cheese/ham, cakes) and some days fresh fruit was also available. 5 min walk to the main part of town with shops, restaurants, large supermarket. there is also a laundry service 2 blocks (turn right out of the hotel) away (100 pesos for each full basket) You need a taxi from the bus station (less than 100 pesos) or a local bus. Good hotel for 3 or 4 nights - any longer and the noise might be an issue.
