I would absolutely never stay here again. We checked into Selina after a very noisy couple nights at another hostel. But that was a mistake. Selina was even more noisy, playing very loud music in the bar (the bar is directly under the dorms!!)  until late into the night. However Selina was more than double the price and the location was way worse than the previous hostel. I wish we had just stayed in our original noisy hostel, at least it had a good location!!! 
The kitchen situation at Selina was shameful. There is almost nothing you would need to cook or eat a meal in the kitchen.  I searched for 10 minutes before I found one small knife to cut my vegetables. There didn’t seem to be a single bowl in the place. The knobs are off the ovens,  So you can’t use those at all. There’s no toaster. 
For the over-the-top price you pay just for a dorm room here, I think it’s very reasonable to expect that the facilities such as the kitchen will be useable. And there should be some sort of warning in the property description that you may be subjected to extremely loud music until late at night so that people who are looking for a good sleep can chose to stay elsewhere.

10/10 do not recommend

I had problems with the dates and they did everything they could to arrange the reservation, and in the stay, the experience and the place are incredible, but at the same time the people are very empathetic and add value.

Experience and solutions.

The place is impeccable, but it's not a hostel, it's a hotel with shared rooms. From the price it tells you what you'll find. The kitchen is very functional and necessary as it's quite far from downtown and a hike that if you forget to buy something, you'll want to die (there are also some businesses nearby). Of the facilities, nothing to object to, they're excellent (there's even a pile!). The bar usually has live music. We spend the New Year there (if you organize a dinner, it's expensive - it was 10mil- and then it opens like a disco).

It's perfect, but no is a hostel.

I was robbed in my bathroom with my belongings next door, no one claimed responsibility, I was told that I could be a worker or a guest, and there was no compensation even though I lost all my vacations.

Stayed at Selina in Bariloche for a little over a month, loved the facilities and the great staff. Ariel and Alejo are the absolute best, they were very helpful, and sometimes even funny hehe. We played chess and ping pong, and they made me feel just like home :)))  <3

A cozy place to work from and great staff!!

The hostel facilities are very good. The kitchen is far away, the fridges exploded have no place at all. The guy at the reception didn't shoot me even half a dozen times to fill the data. At breakfast the attention was also terrible. I was told the coffee was cold and the girl replied with the question do you want it hot?. Last night I sat down for two minutes to plan the day on a sheet of paper, there were two jokes playing al pin pong q hartaron me with the grits. I never got the coffee hot. The beds were super comfortable. If you pay for the breakfast it is complete.

There is no going back.

It's a great experience. Although it's a little out of the center (Calle Mitre), you can walk if you want. The hotel itself is cozy and the cabins are very comfortable. It has everything if you want to stay.

A detached hotel but without any receptivity and no differential. Except for the dogs that circle around the place where food is served, which by the way mix with some gaming equipment, making the environment confusing and tumultuous. It has no good cost-benefit ratio, although the size of the room is satisfactory. But to access the rooms, they installed a hydraulic elevator, incompatible with the vertical movement of the hotel.

It's disappointing.

I loved the hotel and the variety of activities.Price/quality is unbeatable.My daughter (2 years old) had a lot of fun, the pool is ideal for rainy days and the hotel's activities, live music, art, super interesting.Very kind to everyone who attends.

An excellent option for travelers in Bariloche.

TLDR do not stay here no matter what. I booked and found Selina through hostel world. Oh where to begin…First, they charge for every little thing. Want a towel? Gotta rent it for 500 pesos. My friend had to pay for a sugar packet for her tea. Also don’t be tricked by the heated pool and gym, a daily entrance fee is needed. Secondly, the staff tried to charge us over triple the amount we booked to pay (at one point someone said 2 million pesos for 7 ppl sleeping in the 10 bedroom room). They only backed down when I continually showed receipts and refused to pay. However, they are still insisting in paying over the agreed upon amount. The staff were also incredibly unhelpful and frequently sent us to closed and dangerous hikes. They don’t know the area, good places to go or anything helpful except how to get to circuito chico which is the most popular driving hike.  The staff was also incredibly condescending to non native Spanish speakers even though I’m fluent and have been living in Argentina for a year. Also, I’m not opposed to a good hostel dog however my friend woke up at 1 am to a random cat in his bed on the top bunk.  He is allergic to cats and the staff laughed at us. Finally I would love to say that the beds are comfortable which is true HOWEVER we have realized when the cleaning staff turns the beds, they don’t change the sheets. My friend found old socks in a freshly turned over bed that were not hers. Changing the sheets is actually the bare minimum. There are so many places to stay in Bariloche do not stay here. You will get ripped off and ultimately disrespected while in a dirty bed.
