The views, as other reviewers have mentioned, are quite simply stunning and it is clearly a labour of love for both Karin and Rolf who made us feel so at home from the minute we got there. On arrival we were encouraged to go for a swim or take the guesthouse canoe out on the lake to watch the sunset. We are so glad that we did - it was one of those holiday moments that you have to pinch yourself to ensure it's real! Rolf also gave us a great recommendation for dinner that night at Il Gabbiano, which turned out to be one of the best meals we had over our whole two week trip in Argentina. We stayed for two nights but arrived late on the first night, if we could have, we would have definitely stayed one more night to sample the delights of the tea room and soak up the view for a little bit longer! There are only two rooms so it's worth booking early.
