We stayed in Sierra de la Ventana for a few days to break our journey between Buenos Aires & Puerto Madryn. Evelyn was so helpful & friendly & greeted us like long lost friends! We were even treated to a delicious dinner one evening with the family which was such a wonderful experience for us. We were made to feel so welcome & we loved our bungalow. There was a cooker in it, so we were able to cook when we wanted & there is a bbq outside each cabaña too. Evelyn advised us on a wonderful day trip to visit the surrounding area & we had walks down to three stream & down to the river too. There are a few restaurants & bars in town, as well as a couple of supermarkets & a couple of butchers, so plenty of places to stock up on food. It was such a relaxing place. And there's even a swimming pool to cool down in! A perfect place for a lazy few days in the real Argentina.
